Was my first time ordering so I had lots of questions, but did drop $ 400 in the end(and planned on ordering A LOT more). Ordered some jerseys and shorts through these guys(all looked good). A couple tiny issues popped up that were no big deal so I asked this guy RON very nicely about them(I even stated there could have been a misunderstanding and had no problem buying more if needed). The guy is a jerk. This was his last response he sent me. Clearly he has no class and does not run a company who puts customers first. ********** ‘You lisrted 10 numbers, and that is what I went with. You even stated that no matching shorts were required. At his point I don’t know where to go from here, as there has been over 70 pages of emails trying to get this order processed. Did you not look at any of the quotes, or final order when I sent it to you? To do one jersey will be extremely expensive, and I don’t feel that we should be responsible for the cost. If you want to pay the price to do the one, then figure it will be $ 100.00, thanks’

I am only giving 3 stars cause I request a 2015 certification sticker for the helmet I AM purchasing. And the person I had to deal with wanted to argue about certification of helmets. I do not care what the cic aia says I asked for the 2015 certification of the helmet that I am buying I should get what I ask for not what he thinks I need. That is poor customer service. Other than that buddys is a great sports equipment place.

I was recommended from a parent at my sons school who has done business with Buddy’s previously. I went there without an appointment, not knowing that one is recommended. Eric came out and dropped what he was doing to help me. He didn’t make me feel that we were interrupting him at all. He measured my son for his helmet and shoulder pads. We were told that possibly we may need to wait six weeks from the manufacturer. The owner/manager came in and helped us with what he had in the back. Bottom line is that everyone who helped us made is feel very important and it showed that they genuinely cared about our needs. I haven’t seen customer service like that in a LONG time. I was given a great price for a great Xenith Helmet and their custom house brand shoulder pads. My son couldn’t stop smiling! Buddy’s will be my recommendation for any sports equipment needs!
