Cactus Tactical

Probable THE WORST internet seller out there. They are dishonest and will do everything, including lying about the condition of returned items to avoid paying a refund. There are hundreds of stores selling tactical equipment out there, pick one of those instead to Cactus Tactical and save yourself some grief and money. There is nothing good to say about this place. I lost only $ 30, Brian L. lost $ 46. Clearly this is a place to be avoided and they’ll never see another dime of my money.

I ordered a shotgun rail for $ 139.99 and a shotgun side saddle or $ 46.99. Both of these items were advertised for a Mossberg 590. The rail fit perfect and was as described. The side saddle bracket did not fit at all and is useless for my shotgun. After speaking to the unprofessional, harsh and vulger «Art», he explained to me that I had to send him a picture proving my point. He didn’t believe me, the customer. When he saw the picture i sent him, he tried to accuse me of putting an after-​market fore-​end on the shotgun which I didn’t. I had to lead him to the Mossberg website to prove this was a market Mossberg 590. Once he saw that I was right, he back peddled, but then told me that I would have to pay for return shipping, get an RMA and pay a restocking fee which would end up costing me about $ 20 and make it not worth it. Customer service is horrible, unprofessional and not worth dealing with. Needless to say, I won’t be using this company again and it is ashamed, I am in the market for an AR-​15, .308, .40 Sig and maybe a pistol for my wife. Darn, they lost out big!!!
