Carpet Cleaning By Raul

Absolutely HORRIBLE service and customer service. Raul quoted me 45 on phone which included a deep clean but when the guy he sent to clean my carpets he said my hall was to big to be included in the free hall special and they counted a tiny area where my kitchen table is as a different room so he said 70. I agreed and still had them clean which was a mistake. When I got home my carpets reaked of dog pee. I have a dog and I had some urine smell which was why I was getting my carpets CLEANED! I called the guy who never returned my call, so I gave it a few days and kept my windows opened. Smell never went away and stains were already coming back up. I called Raul and explained the situation and asked they come back and do a steam clean, he said he’d get back to me but never did. I then called again and Raul said I was a liar and my carpets were dirty. You’d think he would want his customers happy. I had them cleaned 3 months ago and no issues like this with other company. They are liars and do not deep clean like you pay for, come up with excuses not to get their specials and completely rude. Do not waste your money and time. They advertise $ 10 a room but I paid 70 for 2 bedroom apartment… i was very unsatisfied and Raul could care less

So, This morning I got a microfiber sofa and love seat off of Craigslist for my mom, lightly used but was a little dirty.
I got home and put them in my garage. I called the guy I normally use for carpet cleaning and he quoted $ 120 to clean them and he could do it in a week. That was more than I was prepared to spend so I passed. Money is tight right now, trying to pay for a wedding and all.
I sat down and looked on Craigslist for cleaning services and I found «Carpet Cleaning By Raul.» They had an ad for sofa/​loveseat set cleaning for $ 49.99.
I called them up and Caesar answers the phone. We discussed it and he asked when I wanted the work done. I said as soon as possible. His response, I can be there in 30 minutes… Okay!
Caesar arrived 30 minutes later as promised, was friendly and quickly started work. He cleaned the sofa&love for $ 50 and did an additional recliner chair for $ 15. $ 65 total, about 90 minutes later everything was clean and smelled fresh. You can’t beat same day service.
I did not see the bad reviews until after the fact, and it’s probably better that way.
The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because I was not able to use my Visa card, even though the ad online shows visa/​MasterCard acceptance. I had clarified payment method on the phone before he came over so I was prepared with cash so I was not largely put out.
I will probably call them again in the future.

BAD SERVICE! UNPROFESSIONAL! SHADY COMPANY!! I called and booked an appt to have my carpets cleaned! I was scheduled at 4pm that day, and they called at 3:30 saying they were there. I rushed home and when I got there it was 3:58pm. I caught them leaving my place as I was pulling in! I called them and they said, sorry we waited too long! BUT I WAS SCHEDULED AT 4PM!!! I tried to reschedule (even though I was very upset) and the technician said, sorry, find another company! He was COMPLETELY RUDE! He wouldn’t give me a legitimate reason why I couldn’t reschedule! It was just BAD service! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THESE PEOPLE!

I had a horrible experience with them. They would definitely give you the lowest quote but can be extremely rude. Can’t comment on the quality of service as I never got a chance. Raul referred me to a cleaning lady who doubled her rate at the last minute. Upon renegotiating the price and time at the scheduled time of cleaning (as she wouldn’t clean the house at the time initially decided), I received a call from Raul who was agitated because «I didn’t treat the lady right» and he wanted me to «make sure that cleaning is done» before he arrived. Imagine going through this drama when you have your move out date fixed. Horrible experience since so unreliable. Now I have to start all over again as who would let these unpredictable people in the house.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The work was satisfactory but Raul’s daughter, Noelle, lies. I called yesterday to get some carpets cleaned and asked specifically if they took credit cards or if I had to pay cash. Noelle assured me that they took ALL credit cards. This morning, the technician, Javier, said that we had to pay in cash. We called the number the technician gave us and were told by Noelle that no one was in the office to take the credit card information and run it. When we called the «office line» and discovered that Noelle was «in the office», we asked why she lied about no one being in the office. She said that we were mad and admited they lied! Very shady company; do NOT use them.
