Wonderful Kundalini Yoga classes here as well as a class especially for the Core-​more of a fitness mat pilates class infused with Yoga. I really enjoy the Core class on Tuesday evenings with Karla. It makes me feel stronger, more flexibile and centered. Also, I have found the Kundalini Yoga classes help with stress reduction. I strongly recommend trying a class there!

This is a very nice yoga studio in North Phoenix. While they specialize in Kundalini yoga, my favorite class is Karla’s Abs & More class on Tuesday at 5:30 PM. This is a challenging mat pilates class infused with relaxation. It’s something I look forward to every week.
This studio offers the first class free to AZ residents. Their 10 class card is $ 85, which is very affordable.
