Chef Wade’s Bistro On Wheels

Wowwy wow wow. I just had the breakfast buritto with egg, potatoes, and beef chorizo. It was a absolutely delicious. I typically get a different breakfast burrito when I’m at the Uptown Farmers Market. I am so happy that I tried this truck. It was wonderful, absolutely wonderful.
Everything was perfect in the burrito. The potatoes were cooked, not hard. Cheese melted and there was flavor. I will definitely have this burrito again. I’m gonna branch out and try something new. My friend also got one and he enjoyed it, but I’m only interested in my experience. Try this burrito.

The only thing we tried was the bolognese (food truck Friday). It was pretty good although the cheese on top was too strong for my 8 year old who wanted spaghetti. I would definitely try some other menu offerings when I get the chance though

They are at our office complex every Friday, and boy, am I glad they are! I have ordered a lot of the food on menu and everything has been phenomenal! They’re bistro burger, roasted veggies and quinoa, truffle Mac and cheese, etc., has been delicious and flavorful. I rarely miss a Friday!
The guy who takes my order knows be my first name and the chef is great. They are extremely friendly and personable. I love this food truck! They make my Friday’s that much better!

Absolutely delicious food. I had the grilled swordfish sandwich. It was perfectly cooked and very well seasoned. If you have a chance to eat Chef Wade’s food, do so.

I ordered the Bistro Burger as-​is, all toppings, but it was rare to raw. I was super hungry so I ended up eating about a third to a half of it before needing to put it down — the bun was even bloody. The cheese and pepper flavors were delicious, however.
My fries were like flat shoe strings– interesting concept– but not seasoned at all, and some were burned on the ends. It was more like eating kettle chips once I added some salt and pepper.
I’m an adventurous eater but jaded easily. I don’t think I’ll be back to this food truck because I feel like I just wasted $ 9.
Update: I posted this review on Chef Wade’s Facebook page and he graciously offered me a free meal next week when the truck returns to my office parking lot. I’m grateful for that gesture; stay tuned for my updated review next week!

I had to try the hot dog fried in waffle batter! It was crazy good. And the pineapple slaw was crisp and well seasoned!

Awesome. One of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. We «won» our evening with Chef Wade and Bistro on Wheels through a live auction at the Cancer Support Communities annual Porch Party event in Oct 2014. We had our evening this past Fri night, Mar 6, 2015.
Chef Wade made a 4-​course meal. 1. Amazing scallop dish. 2. Kale salad with fresh fruit. 3. Pheasant. 4. Desert which I can’t really describe (think sweet and salty with a bunch of different flavors). These 4 courses were all wine-​paired.
This meal ranks with any I’ve had in the Valley.
We’re going to be using his services again.

Had the duck wings… drool. Sooooooo good. Very rich but with the perfect size and crunch on the outside. Thought the coleslaw could use a little something… more sweetness or maybe a touch of spice? But that’s me looking for something. Truly the wings were very much so worth a try.

Amazing food, great people, menu is always interesting, huge servings

I’ve enjoyed dinner from Chef Wade’s Bistro on Wheels twice now at the Coach House. Was sharing with friends both times, so got to try the chopped salad, freshly fried calamari, bistro burger, chicken/​mango enchiladas, chicken breast sandwich, beignets — all of it incredible! The service was very friendly and quick! Hoping to go again this Wednesday night (he’s there on Wed & Fri nights).

As good as it gets!
Caught the Chef and his mobile Bistro at Coach House last night in Scottsdale. Everything I saw getting ordered looked divine, but I had to make a choice, so I went with the The Chicken Breast on Ciabatta for dinner and the apple Beignets to cap off desert. The food was amazing!
Everyone at the cart was in awe. My only issue was resisting the temptation to order more after I was full.
