Free burrito offer is Bullrito. Offer ended at 6:00 p.m. Eastern. Means Sip outta luck for those in the west. Might as well stay closed as far as I am concerned.

Today with my nephews. We decided to have Chipotle. Although my food was delicious. I was not satisfied with the amount of chicken in my bowl. I can say that I had less than a dozen or less bites with chicken in them. I was going through the line. I asked for brown rice and black beans. I had forgot to ask for double rice. So asked for another scoop. She looked at me and scooped the rice and said«is this good enough for you? «I replied«yes» she then gave me a rather small scoop of chicken. But I thought it was the normal amount. My nephews noticed it to. Showing me the amount they had received. Quite the difference. Was the amount given to spite me for asking for more rice? I eat here frequently and am always satisfied. Today wasn’t my day. I didn’t catch her name but she was working the line around 1 pm on 1÷20÷16.

The guacamole here was so cold which made my whole burrito ice cold. Then I asked for salsa on the sides they charged me for it. I’ve never been charged additional for sauce on the side. Not my favorite location to say the least.

Did a great job. Super busy and it’s hectic and they still delivered with a smile. Also they weren’t stingy on the food like a LOT of chipotle locations.

Avoid this Chipotle location. Waited at the register with no one there for a good minute as my food got cold and I asked can someone please ring me up? I had asked for a water cup with my lunch but they placed a regular cup, and the clerk rang me up for a soda. I explained I just wanted water and she said, well OK this time? This time? This isn’t Cali where you have to beg for water when eating out. Portions were also small compared to most Chipotle.

Pretty much the worst Chipotle that I’ve ever been to. The food is good and tasty but the cleaning is terrible. When I was in yesterday, pretty much every single table needed to be wiped down. Additionally, the floors were coated in filth. Also, the cashier was not standing at the cash register when I went to pay for my food(several other people in line with me) and someone had to fetch him. Lots and lots of people standing around and not doing anything. Chipotle needs to replace this manager and get the place up to snuff.

I order chipotle 2 – 4 times a week for the office and have very few complaints for this location. Today when I put in the order the lady told me they were out of sliced jalapeños but she could give me a whole one that I could chop up(at work??) Who has knives at their office??? It was so much fun using a plastic knife to dice up a jalapeño for my boss. Also, my burrito was cold and soggy. Next time the guys want chipotle I’m gonna take a pass and go somewhere else.

I love the Chipotle franchise but I will have to find a new location. The last two times I have been to this one they have been extremely stingy on portion size. The portion of barbacoa I received today was the equivalent to a meat portion at Taco Bell but without the value. I pay 9 dollars and change for my bowl(2 dollars extra for the guacamole), I don’t think it is unreasonable to expect more generous portions. The elderly hispanic lady and the younger hispanic man with glasses were the two employees on the line and both were very skimpy with their servings. My daughter’s chicken burrito was also on the small side. I’ll have to drive further to another location to get mu money’s worth.

The lady making the food was kind, but when we got to the sides the elderly Hispanic lady made a big deal when I asked for a lot of cheese. She ended up putting the smallest amount and I had to ask for a side of cheese to make up for the lack of cheese. Everything began to go downhill after she began working here, before everyone else would be generous with the cheese. I will be filing a complaint to the company. The worker that was giving generous portions of the meat was being critiqued by the cashier and the elderly Hispanic lady. Every time she is working I always have an unpleasant experience.

The food is delicious, having only naturally raised meats, Non GMO ingredients, and organic produce. The food is all cooked to order and prepared right in front of you by very high energy, smiling people! The dining room is kept clean and you can see right into the kitchen which is also very clean and organized! My favorite is the brown rice, pinto beans, fajitas, chicken, hot salsa, and the best guacamole made fresh every morning! Healthy, delicious, and filling and very quick service. There was 20 customers in front of me and I had my food in 7 minutes!

It’s like every other Chipotle in the world, but the salsa woman was very generous. My burrito bowl was a mountain. Respect.

Absolutely the worst experience we’ve ever had, and I love chipotle, ordered online and gave me a time to pick up my meal, I arrived a few min late and they haven’t even started it yet in facet at that time there was only 1 person in line waiting for their food, I paid and waited and the line filled up they still didn’t even start making my order until helping 2 or 3 groups of people I waited about 20 min for my food, why offer an online«convenience» if really it’s not, weren’t even really apologetic either. My family goes out to eat 3 or 4 times a week, and love chipotle like I said, but we probably won’t be going back to this one.

Good food, but depending on who is working there, they are super stingy with the portions. I try to go to any other Chipotle if I can, because the main stingy one is usually there. So annoying every time.

I’ve ordered food from this location a couple of times and never had an issue. I love that you can order and pay for everything on their app. It’s always ready by the time I arrive and it takes a few minutes to pick up. I highly recommend ordering through their app or online if you are limited on time because this location is always super busy around lunchtime.

My first time at this location. The staff was backed up. I believe there was a mix up from a previous order and it threw all other orders out of whack. The staff was not that friendly(stress from falling behind perhaps). Either way my food sat on the preparation counter for at least 5 – 7 min before the next person in line was able to add my toppings. I inquired if my meat and beans would be hot, he wanted to talk about salsa. I finally got him on the same page as me and was assured my meal would be satisfactory. Fast forward, i sit down(I’ve used about 20 min of my lunch hour by now) and noticed my food is drowning in juice(picture attached) and my hot food items were room temperature. This will be the first and last time I come to this location.

I have a 30 min for lunch, apparently they are unable to make an order within 20 min. I go to this location at least 3 times a week and order online every single time. Personal issue: I understand my order was set for 7:30 pm but I showed up at 7:15 pm. Why not make it then? No, they make me wait till about 8 more people get their orders, I leave due to. So… I get to wait longer for showing up early, I don’t understand. I understood it is always super busy but maybe they should hire more staff or put a better trained staff during rushes.

This is a pretty crowded location, but food is always good and fresh. I like the burrito bowls with fajitas, the fajitas are always so fresh and tasty. Like all Chipotles it is too loud to eat inside.

My fave Chipotle location! This one gets pretty crowded so be wary. I always get bowl here whether it is steak or carnitas with everything on it! The workers here do a great job with portions and are so friendly! Price is a bit steep for essentially the contents of a burrito in a bowl, but the quality and freshness makes up for it. They serve alcohol and soda as well. Good, open seating indoors and a patio out front.

Not much more to say other than it’s CHIPOTLE. Service is great good is amazing and nice and fast. Perfect for a great on to go meal. Always an easy decision when one is around that I can stop by.

Great place to get food… If you can find a parking spot. Stopped in for some late afternoon lunch at what is known as the MetroCenter location(even though technically it is just outside of ‘Metro’ off of 30th ave and Peoria). Even at around 3pm there was a nice little line there, though it moved quickly enough for me. This location stays pretty busy and there aren’t many times when there isn’t a line. The food? Fresh and good. They do a great job there and the quality was fine by my snobbish Chipotle standards, which I acquired over my many years of eating burrito bowls and epic-sized burritos and chips. Anyway, the atmosphere is also nice and they keep this location clean. They also stop by your table and ask you how everything is and if there is anything else you need(while your stuffing your face full of beans, rice and chicken), my answer is always a muffled«mmm, gweat» as I try not to appear rude but also not wishing to speaking with my mouth full. The parking? Not so great. It shares a lot with what seems like two other strip malls that are adjacent and sometimes parking can really be challenge of suburban proportions. I got lucky this last time but I’ve also have gotten frustrated before trying to get in a spot, fighting a Tahoe, and avoiding glares from 40 something year old women as I beeline to the Chipotle door trying not to look at them after out maneuvering them for a spot. This is really my only negative with this location. The parking isn’t great. Other than that, I love the food, the staff, the atmosphere of the location, and getting one over on the suburban mom/professional parking lot navigator, who normally swipes my spot with four kids inside and offers only a heartless sunglass-laden glance as I try to find another parking spot with my head down after getting worked over by them.
