Chipotle Mexican Grill

We had lunch there today and found very quick service. The folks were friendly and accommodating. The facility was spotless. And, best of all, the food was as good if not a lot better than any fast food place we have visited. We will be back for more. Thank management for running a good ship.

Not a fan of this location. The workers don’t wear hair nets and on two occasions, the sour cream they gave me had a strand of hair in it. Literally both times in the little container with sour cream. I had ordered it to go and was pretty disgusted when I got home and saw this!

Had lunch at this Chipotle, they were fast and efficient. We decided to support Chipotle today because of the political lobbying currently taking place in attempts to sanction Chipotle for not being 100% GMO free. As a company they are making an effort to provide a GMO free option when and where available. They are making an effort and stepping out in front of most other company’s on this issue and should be supported not chastised. Go Chipotle!

Why am I not surprised to see this location only has 3.5 stars?
They completely messed up my order and John was unapologetic and rude!
I won’t be back to this location, the first time I had fatty chicken I didn’t complain but tonight not only did I have to drive 15 minutes to your location but you messed up my order my children’s order!!! How does chicken and cheese turn into chicken, cheese, rice, beans, corn and salsa!
The saddest part is my order and my sons order is saved to my profile so I don’t have to type anything in, but my daughters who i had to type in, was correct!
Going to bed hungry dreaming of my correctly made chicken bowl.

Put in catering order online with this store. Got there and food wasn’t ready. Then their machines don’t swipe some credit cards. Had to go to bank to get cash. Came back and food was cold. Mgr wouldn’t warm it up or give discount.
Couldn’t serve 50 people cold food and mgr yelled at my husband ‘to sit down’. Mgmt handled everything poorly and if I were you don’t cater with this store unless you have a ‘plan b’…

I know chipotle is always busy… the issue is that these employees are particularly slow. The line barely moves.

The staff has always been 100% courteous and professional every time I am there. The line is always long, but moves very quickly. I am there about 2 – 3 times a week and it is always a great experience. Keep it up Happy Valley Chipotle!

Crappy small portions today. Told the cashier, he resolved to tell the meat/​rice/​beans person about it (but didn’t do anything for me, WTF). Also out of pico today. Chipot-​lame. Won’t be back unless someone tells me that this location no longer sucks.

Love chipotle. I love the direction that they are heading in with locally sourced (when possible) and real, whole foods. I always get a chicken salad — hold the dressing — with lots of extra salsa. Never had a bad thing at chipotle. Their guac is fantastic for fresh fast food and their tortilla chips are next level. I prefer them to pretty much any traditional Mexican restaurant. The employees are great and their corporate office handles complaints well and in a very quick time frame.

Great service when ordering the steak sometimes it is very chewy not that pleasant when every other bite is a chewy piece of meat. That would be my only complaint about this place other than that very clean!

had a bogo from the library reading program, so my hubby and I used it along with his free movie passes at Harkins for a special Father’s Day/​Date night. It was fast, clean and it pleased my carnivore loving husband and me the vegan! I made a salad with the sofritas, which were quite tasty and had just the right amount of heat. My husband tried the barbacoa burrito. he like it a lot.

The staff was not so friendly and they were speeding me trough the process like the place was on fire. Once I got my order, it was the smalls portion I ever got at chipottle and did I mention how hungry I was? Starving!
My boyfriend ordered his usual burrito and also was so disappointed. Salsa that he asked for was not even in there and it was the smallest burrito he has ever had at Chipottle. He said, it was mostly tortilla that was served to him.
It was not a good experience for me second time at this location and the only reason I go to this one is becasue it is right by my office.
Never did I experience this type of service at the Chipottle by my house… No bueno Happy Valley…

Chipotle is one of my all-​time favorite fast food chains for a variety of reasons. I went to this particular location several times while on a 2 week vacation to the area. Overall, I was a little disappointed as they messed up my ordered multiple times. I ordered a salad bowl and never received salad dressing. On a different trip I ordered guacamole and chips and never received the guacamole!

I travel an insane amount for work. So much so, I barely see my own city or the inside of my own kitchen. Normalcy and consistency are beloved when on the road, as is the occasional routine.
I kind of have an addiction to Chipotle. This particular Chipotle. I stay at the hotel across the street and am here pretty much every night for dinner. Compared to the offerings around Happy Valley Road, Chipotle can offer food that isn’t lukewarm microwaved astronaut food. I know I can go in and get a relatively healthy barbacoa salad.
I come in so much the staff knows me and my order. And even when it’s busy, they’re cranking those customers in and out, quickly and efficiently.
This location is also always clean. Snaps!

So I’m not even sure where to start, I wrote a review 7÷9÷2013 and this used to be my favorite place to eat because the food was amazing, the place was clean, and the staff was very friendly. This is the second time my mom and I have had lunch here over the past couple weeks and it was completely horrible. At about 2pm on Sunday, we waited in a very long line (which I’m used to) and once we got to the front we both ordered separate orders of chicken tacos. I asked for more chicken on my tacos because there were only a couple of pieces on one of them, compared to the other order there was not much of a difference so I told them I didn’t want to pay extra for chicken when both orders look similar. They did as I asked and I was very grateful, then we paid and only got water cups not soda. Thank gosh we didn’t pay for soda because every soda was out of order and to top it off there was no ice. We sat on the patio, every table was dirty and no one ever came outside to clean up while we were there. Then I tried going back into the building from the patio and there was no door handle — where it said «pull» so I had to go all the way around to get inside to go to the bathroom. Then as we were leaving I wanted to throw away my garage and get more water, so once again I had to walk all the way around to get inside from the patio. The soda line where all the plastic silverware, lemons, and straws was covered in garage and napkins. This has been the worst experience and I will never return to this Chipotle again.

What happened to our beloved Chipotle?
We wanted some burrito goodness before the movie and now we’re just sad. We experienced the slowest service ever. Because they were out of carnitas («supply issue») we ordered steak. They were out of mild salsa as well. (no excuse posted for that) However we were handed what I can only call burrito balls. The two-​hand burritos have shrunk by 25% at least. Then, to make their fall from grace complete, we had to pull at least half of our steak out. It was inedible gristle.
So very disappointed. I pray my popcorn is okay later.

Chipotle is convenient for a quick and easy meal to go or sit and dine. This location had a line during the lunch hour. However, it moved at a decent pace. Thank you for being quick! Pleasant music was enjoyed during my short lunch break. I don’t think I have ever noticed that before.
To the meat of my review — I’ve been to Chipotle numerous times to several locations for the past few years. I’ve noticed that the portions of the meat seem to skimp out quite frequently. I would like to feel like I spent $ 8 for half chicken half barbacoa bowl. But I got mostly rice and beans more than anything. This seems to be a common trend in many chains. I hate having to ask to put in more meat.
I enjoy the taste and combination, but please bring back the original portion size for us meat lovers!

First time at this Chipotle but many visits to other franchises. I arrived at 11:30 and there were six full small tables and 20 in line. Not a good mix. The line move very slowly (17 minutes in line). While waiting in line, I saw one server drop her glove on the floor. She put it on anyway, so I asked her to change it.
By the time I was thru the line, it was 45 peeps deep.
I ordered the Barbacoa Burrito and a soft drink for $ 9.75. The food was up to the Chipotle standard that I have come to expect. The service was pretty bad tho. Oddly, all the guys were very pleasant and the girls weren’t. Backwards from common society.
Not sure what’s happening at this Chipotle but they need to get it fixed fast or they will suffer a lot of lost business, mine included.

The name of the game for fast food companies like Chipotle is consistency. And as you might imagine, a company that was invested in heavily by Mickey D’s, you can count on consistency at each location and this one is no different.
The quality of the ingredients is what really separates Chipotle from their competition, the meat, cheese, salsas, etc was just wonderful. Every time I eat at a Chipotle I feel like I’ve eaten the best ingredients available. Love their ice tea, seems to marry perfectly with their burritos and bowls. The corn salsa paired with the medium salsa over chicken is terrific. They will always give you a little extra of each ingredient if you ask (meat however is an extra charge).
This location always seems to have a ton of counter help at the rush hour to get you through the line quickly, much appreciated. The tables are clean and the condiment area is as well.
Cops always seem to be at this location, added bonus to see sidearms in public from those in Blue-​thanks for your service!

Of course I want Chipotle on BLACK FRIDAY!!! When I got there, there was 5 ppl in front of me. But thennnnnn 45 seconds later, the line was out to the door. I was like whattttt? Are they having 50% off theor bowl? Haha. Jk.
I get their veggie bowl here. I loveeeee it. I csn simply eat their bowl for breakfast lunch and dinner. :))))
