I wouldn’t suggest this place regarding piercings at all. I have a healed nose piercing and unfortunately had to take it out to get an MRI. The way my prior piercer cut and bent my piercing to fit in my nose, I was not able to get it back in. I tried for 20 min and just irritated my nose from doing it. I went to Chroma to see if they could help me place it back in my nose. I was willing to pay for the service or even a new piece of jewelry if need be. I didn’t expect anything for free. The guy at the counter seemed bothered by me asking and told me to do it myself. He told me if he tried, he would just«rip me open doing it». Seriousy?! How are you a piercer then. It didn’t seem very professional to me. I ended up driving a further distance to HALO piercing. They were wonderful. I bought a new piece of jewelry and had it placed back in my nose. I actually ended up getting my eyebrow pierced since I was there. Thanks for showing me how unprofessional and knowledgeable you were about your trade Chroma. I wouldn’t ever recommend it.

This review is 3.5 stars just since I can’t specify otherwise. I had a jpg of a very simple tribal design I wanted on my calf. Another shop down the street was going to charge me $ 160 but couldn’t get me in for a few days. That’s cool, but I work and pool season is upon us and I don’t want to wait any more! So Joe at Chroma on Cave Creek tattoos me, takes about an hour and fifteen minutes. Joe seems to be a decent guy. I don’t know if it’s the location of the tattoo, or the fact that it’s solid black but it hurt way more than my previous tats. Cost me eighty bucks. Thanks Joe!
