Circle K

The manager (from previous post) wasn’t «almost angry», he was downright screaming as I was apologizing while my friend was in the restroom.
Apparently someone had let my friend use the restroom previously (a couple weeks prior as we were in town filming some commercials) and since he knew where it was he motioned to the clerk he would be using it. Meanwhile I was grabbing waters/​beverages/​snacks for our crew when the manager starting screaming in a store full of people. He was terrifying. So I set everything down and we left.
There needs to be some serious sensitivity training and customer service issues resolved with that man who claimed to be the manager.

Friendly staff, which is pretty unusual from a grab’n’go kind of place, but the folks running this store seem to take ownership of the place and treat you very nice, trying to accommodate you in every manner.
It’s amazing how many rude people there are in the world, and I think the worst comes out in places like this because everyone is always in a hurry! Staff included. I guess I’m getting old, and my pace is a bit slower than it used to be, but I realize also, that I tend to have a better outcome when approaching life with kindness, and a little patience. I say this because in my few visits here, I see that these people get it, and I appreciate the customer service here!
Not always the cleanest; not always have what I want, but I don’t have a lot of expectations from a tiny market with a small stock room. Most people are used to these big box stores that have everything and anything you’ll ever need, and multiple check-​out counters… here, it’s local and fast. 4 Stars for effort and friendly, helpful staff!

Worst Circle K in AZ, manager was unfriendly and almost angry at us for using the restroom.

This review is about the one person I see the most when I go to this Circle K.
Kathy aka Mama is the sweetest lady. She’s friendly, funny and always smiling. She’s got a big personality that I love and that keeps me coming back over and over again. She even cares about how the store looks and takes really good care of the store and how she treats her customers.

My local CK. Have always encountered very friendly staff here. Gets a little hectic during the after-​work rush, but usually I can get in and out with minimal fuss. I like this CK because there’s not (usually) any questionable characters milling around.
