I had used this service in 2015 and they were wonderful! Moved from a house into a two bedroom apartment in less than two hours! They were professional, put the items in the correct rooms, everything was great! One year later, 2016 we moved into a larger two bedroom apartment and the experience was a nightmare!!! The two movers broke glass tables, asked me to loan my tools to them, asked me to take my own bed apart outside the new apartment, charged me three times what I had paid a year earlier and when I had said I wanted to call their company, the man threatened me. I was all by myself in this apartment and the man is threatening me. I would give them negative stars if I could. If you are looking for PROFESSIONAL movers, this is not them.

I asked for a quote, which was provided over the phone as an estimate. I was advised to have a representative come to my house tonight at 5:45pm to assess the items I need to move. Unfortunately, 6pm rolls by followed by 6:30pm followed by 7pm followed by a no-show. There was absolutely no phone call or communication of being late or anything. The guy ended up being a no-show with zero phone calls. Unfortunately, I can’t help but think this is a representation of how the company does business. So, I for one have decided to take my business elsewhere. My time is important, but I don’t believe it is with this company

I want potential customers of this enterprise to understand that the actual moving services were perfectly fine. The men were careful, considerate and did their job in a workman-like fashion. My problem arose with the fact that I needed a receipt and was unable to contact anyone at the firm when the promised emailed receipt did not arrive. Even more aggravating was the call center’s attitude and lack of cooperation. The local franchisee has since informed me that the practice of the national call center not giving out the local office’s phone number has changed. Now, from what the local franchisee has informed me, the local number is available from the national call center. If I had received the promised emailed receipt or had the national call center given me the local Phoenix phone number, I would have been perfectly happy with this firm’s service. The four star rating given is for the actual service by the men who did the work.

I called to have moving service for a woman that is disabled, I explained the details to the operator and ensured me that the information would be passed on to the person that would be providing the estimation. That did not transpire as he discussed particulars with the woman, that was not suppose to happen. I was advise that team members would be at her home the next day at 7am for an estimate. That did not transpire either; she waited around most of the day, only for them to be a no show. If they are a no show just for an estimate, what would happen on the moving day? Time to find another moving company that can help her with her move.
