I have used this store for several years for some printing and copying for my business. I always like to start with the positives first for which there are a few. First I find their fees for large printed items (24“x36″ and larger) to be a lot lower than the big chain places. There is never a wait when I come to make copies and the price for that is comparable. I have also used them when I needed to scan large documents (1000 plus pages) into a PDF form and they were quick and affordable. Given all of that the reason such a low rating is the service is horrible. The lady (she does not wear a name tag) that works the morning shift has the worst customer service skills. Every time I have to deal with her she makes things very difficult and generally has a bad attitude about helping me. The person that worked the afternoon shift is a breeze to deal with but I very rarely need things done later in the day. All in all I will keep using them because I like small businesses over large chains and their prices are good but I sure wish the service was better

I came here to fax a thirty page document. Little did I know it was going to to cost 30 dollars, a little over prices in my opinion. When I was told the total I jokingly asked for a military discount and was told «no». Then I asked if she could possibly staple it all together for me and got an eye roll in response. I would recommend going to FedEx office or a ups store. I’m typically all for supporting small businesses but the prices are way to high and the staff less than friendly, or at least the lady I felt with was. I gave them two stars because they had comfortable seats to wait in
