Cost Cutters

I had a very positive experience. Saturday walk-​in and no wait. Lucky right? Feri (sp?) was quick and gave me exactly what I asked for. #2 faded up to the top and left long. Not a bad deal at $ 14.50 for a men’s cut. In and out in 15 minutes. All in all a great experience. Thanks guys!

I have been going to this salon for 3+ years — the management turnover is ridiculous here. The new manager Cherise is absolutely the worst. Her HR skills and professionalism is terrible. My stylist can cut and I refer numerous people to her but as long as you have this new manager running this store your business is going to suffer. I will not refer another person to this location. I had gone in to pickup product I had purchased and Cherise felt it was her business to question me as to why I color my own hair (mind you– I have been doing it for 25+ years). She wanted to walk away from me and say a couple smart remarks thinking I wasn’t going to hear her or question her. She made the comment that «this store needs to make money» — that is fine but I am not the problem to your «low sales». Your management and skills are what is driving this location into the ground. Terrible attitude and smart a** mouth will not generate business. Cost Cuttters really needs to keep an eye on this store.

I go here when my Barber is out of town or closed on the weekends. The ladies here are always nice and friendly and do a good job.
I usually see them early in the morning so there is no line.

I had a great experience at this store. Everyone greeted me when I came in the door and my hairstylist Charrise did a fantastic job. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and I felt like she really listened. I was very satisfied with the end result. Staff offered me coffee and made me feel welcomed.

Fery is a very good stylist. I was a walk in. I was acknowledged when i went into the establishment. I use Fery all the time for my haircuts. She always gives me a great haircut.

This place is joke! I took my son to get his haircut. We walked in and were not acknowledged at all by anyone. They look at you like they have no idea why you would be there. We wrote our name on the list and sat to wait. In the meantime there were at least 4 «hairdressers» there doing NOTHING but standing around talking. I finally asked how long the wait would be and was told she has no idea, she is off. At that point 2 of the girls left. When it was finally our turn (about 30 mins later, there was 1 person in front of us) the girl decided it was her break time and went in the back of the shop to eat. Now it was us, and about 6 other people waiting. Needless to say we left. I don’t expect much from these type of «salons» but common courtesy would be nice.
