Crestone at Shadow Mountain

I had expressed interest in one of their apartments, and after two visits told them I would return with documents and funds to secure the unit I wanted. When I did (3 days later), I was told the apartment had already been rented. Myself and the employee working the front office had a verbal agreement that I was to be notified in the event someone else had expressed interest in the unit. When I asked why I wasn’t at least notified, another employee claimed they didn’t know which unit I was considering (even though they claimed it was the only 2 bedroom unit that was available). While I’ll admit that the front office employees were certainly courteous, knowledgeable, and very friendly, they seemed to express a clear lack of communication and coordination. If this ordeal is indicative of how things are run there, I’d rather take my money elsewhere.

Make sure that you see the exact unit you will be renting.
Quite expensive for the size.

Good customer service, great location and amazing amenities. Not to mention the apartment I’m getting is 850′ one bedroom. It’s huge!
