Bought my gear there for years, and did so up until the long haired hippy guy looked at me the minute I walked in and said rudely, «take of your backpack and leave it up front». Seriously, really. The amount of time it takes to take that off and put it on, takes forever. Am I really going to shove something into a backpack that’s fastened to my back? No other stores have ever asked me to remove my backpack ever, specially some hippy long haired ass wipe. You guys went down hill fast. NEVER, ABSOLUTELYNEVERWILL I STEPONEFOOTINSIDEYOURSTOREASLONGAS I BREATHAIR. Oh, and BTW, I went that day and bought my helmet of decent people, AZMotorsports. Yeah it was more expensive, but they were polite, and they actually knew about the products. Perhaps the high turnover in staff is a hint of a deeper lying issue. Keep your BILT crap, and your crappy service from long haired hippy morons!

I took my son to the store to buy his first helmet. Like me he has a hard to fit head. We did measurement of his head before so at least we had a place to start. My 11 year old son was finicky and tried on many helmets before finding the one he wanted. The staff that helped me was patient and answered all my questions as I needed. He was not pushy but followed our lead and was there whenever we needed him. They were pleasant to deal with. We will defiantly go back. This is the second helmet we’ve bought from this store.

I’ve read the reviews and agree with some. I went to the phoenix location on Cave creek road. Drove there from 90 miles away on a Sunday when they were scheduled to open at 10. The worker was waiting outside due to the manager needing to come in and open and being about 1 hour away. Needless to say I was pretty miffed. When the store did open around 11 ish, the guys were super nice to me, nearly did 1:1 with me! Not only that, but the guy game me insane discounts. The leather jacket I bought is so NOT working and I threw away receipt, but I called and they are HAPPY to help me return it or whatever I need. I am happy about this for sure.

I worked with Andrew this morning in returning some boots that went bad before their time. He took a look at them, decided that he could warranty them and found a replacement set of boots in my size. All within about 20 minutes. Since I started riding motorcycles, this shop has been my go-to shop. They have great service and good advice.

Been in this store a half a dozen times and consistently receive horrible customer service. It’s bad enough that the sale items they advertise in their mailer are seldom in stock or of limited sizes, colors, etc. but what gets me furious is the lack of customer attention. During my most recent visit, I literally walked around the store for 20 minutes before one of the guys working the counter even acknowledged I was there. It’s not that they were busy with other customers. They were congregating around the register chatting it up with a couple of guys that I think were friends of theirs. After experiencing service like this each and every time I visit, I will not be back and will discourage as many people as I know from choosing to do their business there.

I would give negative stars if I could. I went in last weekend to purchase/look for a helmet, jacket and gloves. I spent 45 minutes in there looking at various items and trying on helmets. No one that worked there ever looked in y direction or said«hi». I left and bought a jacket online and a helmet gloves, tee shirt at the helmet store on 35th ave. I can walk to cycle gear from my house and drove out of my way and spent good $$$ at a place way more deserving than cycle gear. I’m not sure because I’m a female or because I didn’t come in on my bike. Either way it’s inexcusable.

Horrible customer service. I pulled into the parking lot at 7:55 when they close at 8pm. The man inside ran over and locked the door right in front of me when all I needed was an oil filter for my bike and would have taken 5 mins or less. I know they lost at least one customer as ill be going back to north valley Honda and I hope many more do as well after reading this review.

I have loved online shopping for as long as I can remember. However, I recently moved about a mile away and wanted some boots. I couldn’t find prices I Iiked online and when I came in I found a darn good pair of street bike boots for $ 60(!) About six weeks later, they had a top notch(house brand again) pair of ventilated boots for the same price and actually allowed me to return the six week old boots for full price. What?! They have an amazing satisfaction guaranteed return policy and that’s why they get the extra star. I’ve also since returned a pair of gloves that I tried out for about two weeks that were too tight and again got a full refund. I have since purchased quite a few things there, the prices are competitive and the staff has been friendly and helpful. What more could you ask?

Overpriced and limited selection. I only buy certain items here and only when they’re on sale. Staff is typically friendly though.
