Usually ½ the Machines, especially dryers are broken.
On today’s visit we wound up having to throw away 4 men’s shirts, 1 king size bed blanket, 2 Vera Wang Bath Towels, 2 pairs of men’s white socks and a pair of men’s jeans due to grease that was in the washer and ruined all the above items.
They use a prepaid card system and half the readers don’t work and those that will read your card then subtract the money but then the dryers won’t work.
When you approach the attendant she basically calls you a liar. She refuses to give you the owners phone number and directs you to a 800# on the outside of the business that gets you at a recording only.
DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY IF YOU LIKE YOUR CLOTHES AND BEDDING ITEMS.
