Days Inn

GROSS! This is the filthiest «Inn» I’ve ever been in! There were a handful of flies waiting to greet us in our room. There were splatters in and around the sink from the last visitor that made coffee. The desk chair had visible dirty hand marks all over it which made me panic and scream to my son to get his hands off if it!
I stayed one night while in town for a family gathering. That night, my sister and nieces came and watched TV in my room; two of them sat in «my» bed. The next morning, I woke up with bug bites up and down my legs. The two that sat on my bed looked like their legs were attacked too! We figured they were mosquito bites.
I went home the next day, realizing too late, that I brought home bed bugs in my pillows. I had woken up with at least 10 new bug bites!
I had to spend the day cleaning and getting rid of bed bugs! I will NEVER stay there again.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Filthy rooms, stayed 3 days during an extensive 18 hour day conference, came back to no clean towels and the bed never made the bathtub is filthy! For 3 days! Then when checking out the Manager and clerk made it my fault that I didn’t call to complain! But when I did call once for towels and they made me come get them myself! They argued with me and gave me a lame $ 20 credit! Also there was a room downstairs that had the curtains open with an unmade bed and the phone off the hook (looks like someone commited suicide in there) and it stood like that during the whole visit! 3 days!

You get what you pay for… Stayed here to visit family in Goodyear. I realize it’s not the Ritz, but it is a Wyndam. An Inn doesn’t usually mean motel… chosen partly due to price, partly because it was a Wyndam Rewards property and I am a member. I was thinking it was a step above a motel. NOT by a long shot!!! I could deal with the really basic room. For the price, I didn’t expect much. That said, the carpets were disgusting. I walked around barefoot and my husband dubbed me” black feet.” The bathroom was filthy. The place needs a remodel. Staff sort of made our bed for the second night and stepped on and bent my glasses that I had left on the nightstand. I usually put up the sign that I don’t need maid service, but there were no placards/​card slot signs. It’s in a truck stop area so we figured it would be okay for a couple nights. The area is sketchy, no way to tell that if you don’t know the area. We had people talking outside our room on the staircase (3 doors down) at all hours starting around 10:30pm through 4am (both nights) since it appears to be the ‘smoking room’. Staff were friendly and nice the 2 times I had contact. Had to call them about the staircase noise but the people were gone before they came by. We left at 4:30am (4 hours early) because we were scared, upset and worried about the people hanging out outside our room.
