I came home from out of town and my 45 year old (amazing RUUD) unit was seized. It was 108 that week and I called 2 different companies which both came out and were supposed to bid me a price. This was Tuesday/Wednesday. As of Monday I heard nothing from either.
I called Delta BAP and they arrived 2 hours later Monday morning. Within 24 hours they were on the roof replacing my whole AC unit and ducts in the attic in 113 degree weather. Took them 5 hours and the AC is working great. This was just 1 week ago in the busy season. I’m sure it can’t always be this fast during the busy season, but they took care of me when others never even called back.

they told me that we needed to expedite a part to get my ac fix and it would be 3 business day. well, it is been a week and we are still waiting. we paid extra to get it here and it seems like i got robbed because last time a check 3 business day means 3 business day. the lady on the phone is not helpful. it took several calls for them to finally get the part and fix our AC
