, cheapest price we could find compared to Sears, Stanley steamer, etc. We had an appt between 2−3pm for 2 rooms with pets, and they called us @11am to let us know they could come earlier between 12−1pm, and they did! They were polite, friendly, fast and efficient. They were finished in 20 min and all the stains came out! Thanks for working with us on the price :)
