Had a great experience at DC dental today. They were busy, but my dentist did not skip a beat. His assistant was a temp employee for that day by the name of Elaine and she was very nice and was moving around like she knew the place. A good business knows when to reach out for help instead of stretching there employees thin with the amount of customers they had. I was very pleased with the customer service at the office overall. The front desk lady greeted me with a smile and the back office lady went over my options and left the ball in my court on when I can come back in. They were not pushy or judgmental but supportive and did not rush me at all. The bad news is… I have two cavities:(the good news is when I go back in to get them filled I know I’ll be taken care of at DC dental.
