Dyson Service Center

My Dyson Ball was not working correctly and took it there for a free evaluation. Yes, FREE! They were very helpful and took me as a walk-​in same day I called. No appointments necessary. My vacuum was out of warranty so they told me I could either pay around $ 200 for parts or offered me their trade-​up program! They were able to mend my vacuum with a used part and it works again. The best part is they did not charge me a penny! Great service and friendly, helpful staff! I highly recommend taking you Dyson here. Also, this is the only authorized Dyson service center in the valley!

Phenomenal! I went to get my Dyson 40 checked today because it lost its section power. I was expecting to drop off my vacuum and come back 2 or 3 days later. Chris fixed my vacuum in 5 minutes and showed me what was wrong. I was in and out! Only if more stores followed their lead.

Thank you Dyson for your exceptional service! I can’t wait to upgrade my Dyson vacuum. In the interim, I appreciate you fixing my current Dyson vacuum. The issues incurred were likely attributed to user error. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes!

This place really believes in customer service and satisfaction! I went in expecting to have to leave my vacuum there, but they fixed it on the spot and at no charge! (it wasn’t suctioning as it was plugged up) I would highly recommend this business to anyone. Thanks Dyson Service Center!

I took my old Dyson in for repair. I cannot recommend this business or Dyson more highly. I will never have any other type of vacuum EVER! Thank you for being a wonderful client oriented business! Other businesses could learn a lot from this business!

This place was great. I think it was Tim that I took care of me, and he was fantastic. My dyson was having some problems, and Tim knew what they were before I was able to open my mouth and tell him my issues.
I dropped it of on noon on Friday and he said it would be Monday or Tuesday before it would be fixed. By 3:45pm on Friday (that same day) I had a call saying it was ready for pick up.
I was all under warrant, so I paid nothing. My machine was good as new and worked like new when I got it home. I won’t buy any other vacuum cleaner brand, or go to any other dyson service center but this one.

Just went in to by one on there hand held vacuums, and again the service was great. Both chris and Tim helped out. If you are in the market for a new vacuum, buy it here, it is cheaper than any other place out there.

Great customer service! Tim and Chris both very helpful and friendly. I took both of my Dysons to them for a service check, which was complimentary! They were pretty busy but still managed to get me in and out within about 45 minutes.
I would highly recommended taking my Dyson here to anyone needing service. They also offer a trade in, so you can get a new Dyson at a discount.

I was devastated when my 5 year old Dyson lost suction and I frantically searched ‘vacuum repair’ on Unilocal and much to my joy this Dyson service center popped up and not far from my house. Yay! I was greeted promptly and after I told him the issue I was experiencing, he took my vacuum back to take a look. He came back and told me it would only be about 10 minutes of I could hang out. I waited no more than the 10 quoted minutes and my vacuum was fixed. (Don’t use carpet freshener with a Dyson — or probably any vacuum — and my filter was filthy… dur). He loaded it into my car — and there was no charge! He said it was a health check! Score. He also told me that when I was ready for a new vacuum to come trade in mine for a newer model and below MSRP. I will definitely be back to this place when it’s time to move on to the next Dyson.

On Behrend, go all the way to the end in the cul de sac, then turn and Dyson will be about the 5^th door on the left.
(I turned early into the complex, as soon as I saw the «2501» building number, so I had to crawl past dozens of other shops, watching the suite numbers decrease from 75 to 15 (they’re in Suite 15).)
I think they’d have finished it in 15 minutes, but I had to rush off to an eye dr appointment; it was ready when I came back.
Really impressive customer service skills and demeanor. :-)

This place is amazing! These guys that work here are so nice, honest and helpful. They were even nice on the phone when I called. Have an issue with your Dyson these guys will help! My 14 year old Dyson would cost more than 50% of a new one to be fixed. Sadly it broke due to my own fault. They gave me a list of options and helped me decide on a new vacuum and I got a great deal with my trade in!

This was one of the best customer service experiences. They were friendly, no hassle and fast. My vacuum was repaired and I was out of there in less than ten minutes. The service and support are some of the reasons Dyson vacuums are so great.

Tim was amazing. Not only did he fix it while I waited, he stayed open late to get it done and carried it out to the car for me. Don’t see that very often anymore.
We have a very old Dyson and the hose kept breaking. He didn’t only change the hose, but he replaced our filter all for free. He used parts from old machines, but seriously… no charge?
It was a great experience. He was very friendly, knowledgable and very quick. I will be back for sure. Especially when it’s time to get a new updated machine. I highly recommend their service as well as selection of not only vacuums, but fans and hand dryers.
Tim was great and his British accent didn’t hurt at all!

Somehow I cracked a portion of a handheld dyson. Saw online that the part costs 29.00. I thought I could just order it and fix it myself. But I decided to try this store. I arrived at 8:56 am, they replaced the part, and I was out of there at 9:05 am. $ 32 (with tax). I will be coming here more often. They couldn’t have provided better service because it was that awesome! They even do upgrades and provided advice on our current unit. I’ll be bringing our fans and bigger units in soon! A++++

Just brought D07 that is past warranty in to get hose fixed. Chris helped me out and even showed me new stuff if I wanted to trade in. I asked about Groupon and told me the warranty was only 6 mo. He fixed my vacuum as I did not feel like spending money on a new one right now. There was no pressure and was all done in about 30 min. There was an issue with my hose and as he thought they had no handles. They looked and found a handle to make the only vacuum like new. Very helpful and would go back if needed to get vacuum fixed again.

Came in for a broken vacuum that was 3 years old. They fixed it in 15 minutes, cleaned the rollers and put on a replacement part that my vacuum was missing… and they didn’t charge for any of this.
They don’t take appointments, you just bring your vacuum into them and their goal is to get you out the door with a perfect vacuum as quickly as possible.
Go dyson!!!
