Look if your reserving a copy of the new Halo or trading in some games go here the kids are very knowledgeable in that aspect. However DO NOT buy a system here I bought a used Wii and their warranty. They assured me it would work and if there was ever a problem it would be no hassle they would reserve a new one for me and I would have priority so to speak. Well this Wii worked for a few months then I kept getting disc errors on all new and used games. That could have been the reason it was sold to them right???
So I go back here with no receipt thinking no problem right I had the warranty??? Well the first pimply HS kid doesnt have access to their system like that and I would have to return when the manager was on duty. 3^rd trip around the manager tells me their systems are not connected for the warranty’s he would have to call corporate and guess what? It was a weekend! Why do they even put their sticker with a WARRANTY # on my machine if it doesnt matter whatsoever???
4^th trip the mngr tells me oh no you dont get a new one you get a used one because you bought a used one. Ummm not what I was told I am basically livid at this point. Guess what… they dont have any used ones DUH! «We will be getting some new ones on Tues and you can pay the difference. We will hold it for you!» You bastard’s why would I not have just waited for a NEW one in the first place???“
Fucking A I went back a fifth fucking time and surprisingly did not hurt anyone. I finally got my NEW Wii which I could register with Nintendo this time and wash my hands of EB Games. Lesson learned do not make a high end purchase here period. You have been warned!
