EMV and Echelon merchant services is run my nothing more than cheap used car sales man is an accure discription of their bully tacktic. The billed me for 2 month of fees before they even sent the equipment and refused to cancel or refund my money lying saying I had a $ 250 cancelation fee no where in my contract. Never signed by me. Ray (refused last name) and Anthony Matthews are unethincal. DO NOT EVER TRUST THEM. Also, they mishandled my confidential information and I had suffered an identity theft and it is all coinsiding with EMV. I have and continue to use Elavon Costco Merchant services no one can beat their price or service. Warning.
