This little gem has all the charm and hospitality you could ever wish for at a salon. Krista is the hairstylist magician, while Lisa keeps your nails polished with the colors that are in season. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to build a relationship with your stylist and consistently walk out feeling more beautiful than when you walked in.

Elements Salon was centrally located in the valley, very clean, spacious, staff was very friendly and professional. They had water, coffee, orange juice(it was 10am on a Saturday), it was a nice touch. Let me preface this with saying that I LOVE the results of this treatment and I really liked Cindy, the Stylist who did my Brazilian Blowout. I bought a Groupon/AmazonLocal deal for a Brazilian blowout for like 50% off. I have very long(waist length) thick very curly/frizzy hair. Normal price for a Brazilian Blowout at the time was $ 300. She charged me an extra $ 60 because I have so much hair… ok fair enough. I bought the deal in Feb 2012 and it was to expire in Feb 2013. I had always wanted to try a BB but when the deal came up I was pregnant and not ready to get the treatment done. So I waited till right before my voucher expired to use it(risky I know, but I was still nursing). I called Cindy in mid-January to schedule my BB for the beginning of Feb, it is much appreciated that she was very flexible with scheduling considering my time-crunch. I am 4 weeks from my treatment and am really happy with the result. My hair is definitely not straight, but I knew it wouldn’t be going in. My curls are definitely less kinky and more relaxed, and much less frizzy. It’s exactly what I was looking for. Overall I had a great experience. My only caveat is that I probably will not go back to her for another BB due to the price. It took her 2 hours and 45 minutes to get my treatment done(she mentioned she normally schedules around 2 hours, which is why she charged me the extra $ 60). So that is a $ 360 treatment every 3 months. Now, when I called a couple of weeks after to work something out for my next treatment, she said it would be $ 375 for my hair… interesting that in 2 – 3 weeks my treatment went up $ 15. She said she gives her clients a 20% discount if they book their next appointment(and keep it) within one week of the first treatment. I waited more than a week so I was out of luck. And of course if she runs another AmazonLocal or Groupon deal, I cant use it because it is for first time clients only. You would think that with such a pricey treatment stylists would want to get people in the door consistently for repeat business. I get that most stylists are self-employed and can charge whatever they want for their services, but a bit of flexibility for customer loyalty would have been nice in this case. I will be looking out for more deals on my next BB… and will be getting a haircut prior to that too!
