If Unilocal gave me the choice this would be a NEGATIVE 2 stars. Unbelievably the WORST tow company I have EVER dealt with. I was told I had to wait with my car and it would take up to an hour. I was ok with that and sat with my car. At the two hour point I called them to find out why no one was here. They told me 15 minutes. 30 minutes later I called again. Then I was told 30 minutes. After FIVE HOURS of ME calling THEM. I finally cancelled the tow and they said they would be here in 10 minutes.
Not ONCE did they ever call me to say they were running late or that it would take any extra time. After a dozen calls and my cancellation I heard only an excuse that they were busy. Not one apology OR phone call.
