I have been going to this dentist since I was 15 years old. Over time the dentist himself has become rude and about the money. His office manager Joyce is completely rude does not have bit of customer service. Unfortunately after so many years I will only return for their amazing hygienist.
I can go on about how horrible this office is managed, but I hope you choose a better dentist for your family.

This dentist office i would say is «good» overall. The dentist himself is very nice, efficient and helpful. The thing i have a problem with, is his staff. His staff i can say has the worst customer service i have ever witnessed. It feels like they were not educated past high school. The way they treat you and talk to you, is just appalling. I had given them more than one chance only for the dentist. But when it comes to hoping to accomplish something with their staff, its like talking to a monkey. Aside from that, they are so rude, i have experienced moments when i have requested more information on services and they have directed rude comments implying, i wouldn’t be able to afford it. Aside from that, if you don’t answer their phone call the day before an appt, they automatically cancel your appt. So much more to complain about this staff but there is not enough time in the day. This staff is just rude and discomforting of all things.
