Fine Canvas Prints

It has been more than a month since I wrote the original review below. I still have not received my flash drive from Matthew. It has on it $ 550.00 worth of scanned images of my art. That art was supposed to be made into prints. I paid that amount in full with no argument. Matthew did not take any opportunity to apologize for his inferior service and make amends. Instead he chose to be a bully and again insult me with his response. Now he should do the right thing — MAN UP — and send me back my $ 550.00 in full. Just get a cashier’s check and send it to my address. I know that he has my address because it is on the correspondence that was sent to him by the Better Business Bureau on the complaint that I filed. It is grossly unfair that I have been put in this position. I was a loyal customer who willingly paid for every service that I went there to obtain. Now I am left with NOTHING. It’s not my fault. I strongly urge all artists to think about what I am going through with this liar and thief before doing business with him. $ 550.00 is a lot of money for an artist. He has stolen it from me it. Now he is a criminal.

My experience with this place was insulting at best. Matthew talks non-​stop about things no one is interested in. He has no regard whatsoever for anyone’s time but his own. He takes forever to get anything done if it gets done at all.
I brought a handful of original art pieces to be scanned and placed onto a flash drive for printing. Instead of getting to work at the appointed time, he made me wait while he did a freebie job for a personal friend of his. Then he finally got around to working on my images. After being there for at least an hour or two I had to leave. I took my paintings but left the flash drive to be finished.
Matt said he would return the flash drive to my house the next day because he would be in the neighborhood. He never showed up. A few days later he sent me an e-​mail saying he could send my flash drive in the mail. Fine. It is now more than two months and I still don’t have it.
This man is a liar.
