I’m so disgusted by the support staff that has taken over. Poor customer service is an understatement. I don’t know where to begin. I was sent to a lab that wasn’t covered by my insurance, why did this happen? Doesn’t the front desk know what facility is covered by what insurance. I told the doctor what lab I normally go to! Ugh. now I have a F**! bill from sonora quest! Secondly, I call to complain about this and the front desk girl tells me «we don’t handle that» Are you serious! B%$! that is your responsibility! In the past I have heard doctors arguing with other colleagues while I’m in one of the rooms… I’m thinking to myself«hello i can hear you and so can my 6 year old». I swear I thought they were going to fight. I’ve asked to speak with the office manager… a week ago, no figgin call back. which means my concerns are not important to this office. I called and spoke with Vanessa the front desk person and she said i cant give you the medical Director phone number, I can only give you test results and appointment information… Really Vanessa? This is public information and you can’t give me that information… now I’m suspicious! What is going on with this practice? She also stated that she has other calls to take…“so again, my concerns right now are not important” Finally Dr. Mike gets on the phone… he has nothing to say. No leadership skills(he is the other office manager) only sorry’s…and resolve… just took my phone number. I told him to mail my test results because I don’t want to step foot in your office again(and I’m pissed about that because I’m really sick this week) but I will suffer through before I make another appointment with this amateurs. I told him to mail me my results and be waiting for the information on the new office that will retrieve my medical records to call you. I have been with this office for years! Dr. Hensley was awesome and I will probably try to find where she is practicing. Dr. Benji is awesome and I will miss her. Ughh. they have left a bad taste in my mouth, but customer service is everything!

The office girls at the front desk are professional Dr Hensley is a good compassionate doctor She is very helpful I wish the wait time can be reduced, I waited between 30 min and two hours till I was seen by Dr after checking in and my vital taken. There is a loud group of students/employee inside the facility I think they could be there for clinical a or hanging out but their loud laugh and arguing in Spanish wasn’t appreciated inside a professional medical office. When people are in pain they can’t stand anything loud or unprofessional and they are irritated with the world, let alone a group of punks laughing and eating loudly, yes eating loudly, and that could be your break room, but God lower your voice and close the door this isn’t your house. If I experience this again at this office I will either change office or see a different doctor as much as I like Dr Hensley this is the most irritating thing to experience in a Dr Office.
