Outstanding! Can’t say enough good things about Norm and his work. Prices are good and quality is among the best we’ve ever had from any craftsman/​builder/​contractor. He is meticulous in his installation, adds whatever pipes, drains, couplings, etc, are needed. He was also nice and professional to work with, prompt. He researched AC and pump units for us and helped with the decision as to best for our situation while keeping cost in mind. He knows the industry well and is experienced in many aspects of HVAC, which makes him very qualified to decide on units for a given situation. Would recommend him highly.

I rent, so I haven’t used Freeze Box Air’s services myself. But my mom doesn’t Unilocal or internet much and wanted me to post this on her behalf [she owns a house in which the A/​C just melted down]. Norm at Freeze Box was extremely friendly, helpful and informative. My mom asks a billlllion questions of any service tech. She said Norm was extremely patient in answering her questions and that he did a quick job within the estimated time and budget.
She also said a bunch of inappropriate stuff that I wont include because it’s my Unilocal account on the line! :p Suffice it to say, Freeze Box air gets a gold star and a solid thumbs up recommendation from my difficult-​to-​please mother.
