My husband and I have rented space in this Park since early 2005. We have never had a problem with the management. If you own your home, abide by the contract agreement you sign when you move there, and if you pay your rent as agreed, you will not have a problem. The management keeps the park in a clean condition and screens the residents so you can feel safe and proud to live there.

I would urge anyone looking at this community to look elsewhere, this place is run by incompetent people who don’t always tell the whole story. There is a reason for a one star rating poor management, poor ownership, and poor upper management. I sold my unit did the requested repairs and after all repairs where done they requested more too be done none of which are on the purchase agreement. The sad part is they have a signed title and keys and I have no money. Run away from here fast crooks are crooks and if you don’t believe me you will be in the same position as me soon!

Do not live here. They use the laws set up to protect landlords from squatters and vagrants to obtain trailers. Then they resell. I had their security stop my visitors from visiting. They threatened me and peeped in my windows. Then refused lot rent then took me to court for non payment of rent had me thrown out in the streets. Manager Michelle laughing at me. Now they are refusing to give me my personal belongings till I pay what’s owed. All because they can.

Whatever you do, do not move in here. We have been through a number of managers in less than a year and a half. One of the managers was threatened so severely she had to move to another state. They have a tree service company who comes in to cut and clean the palm trees and this company lets the branches fall and destroy your property but does not clean it up or replace what they have destroyed. And you can not get a hold of the management of the park ever. They are to be in the office from 8 – 4 Mon — Fri but on a number of occasions I have called and went to the office between those hours and they are never there. Don’t waste your time, money and energy on this place.
