Will never use fun n jump again! Parents please be careful if you decide to use this company. We went through them last year for my kids party at the park and the bounce house deflated with kids in it 5 times. The generator kept going out. It was scary. I informed the lady that this happened. She said she would give me a free generator and snow cone rental with next rental. Even sent me that in an email. We decided to give them another chance this year and take them up on the offer. She didn’t remember it asked me to resend her email to her. Would not honor her offer. Wouldn’t even answer me back as to why. What bad customer service. Going with az bounce pro this year. Glad we found them because we are getting an even better deal with them than we would of if went with fun n jump and them honoring there offer. Just look else where if you want to be treated well get a good deal and most important care for the safety of your and others children.

We rented the castle bounce house from Fun ‘n’ Jump on New Year’s Eve. The price was consistent with other venders and arrived on-​time. The bounce house was set up quickly and all equipment was provided. The bounce house was clean, safe, and the kids had a fun time.
The next morning it was picked up on time and quickly cleaned up. We will use this company again and recommend them for parties and kids events. They were a very professional and friendly company to work with.

I’ve used them so many times (and I thought I’d written a review in the past) but they are so awesome! If you go to the website (
) and know what you want the whole transaction will be flawless. I’ll never use another company! The always have specials, cut deals for frequent customers, and are EXTREMELY CLEAN!
