I agree completely with previous reviewers. Don’t let the location/​showroom stop you. He obviously knows his futons. I believe he builds the mattresses himself in the back. We were able to get a simple frame with a thick 10 inch mattress for under $ 400. We haven’t had it long enough to talk longevity, but it is super comfy so far. Set up went well due to his great instructions and coaching us beforehand about the more complicated spots. You can tell he wants you to have a good experience and get the futon for you. I really suggest coming here.

Great place to purchase futons. Good quality at a reasonable price. These two things were difficult to find in the valley when searching for a futon.

Don’t let the spartan showroom keep you from purchasing a futon here from Bill. I can’t comment on the selections they offer as they had exactly what I wanted sitting in the showroom floor.
Bill was extremely helpful in making sure what I bought suited my needs and wants, explaining differences in frames and mattresses. He went out of his way to explain assembly and the tricks to make it easier. He even remembered something about ten minutes after I had left and called me, just to make assembly easier for me. Thanks to his tips I was able to put the futon together in about a half an hour. Piece of cake.
I’m extremely happy with my Love Seat Lounger. Multiple sitting positions and large enough to sleep two. Nice thick mattress (made by Bill) is comfortable. Hard to beat such a useful piece of furniture for $ 600.

If you are looking for a futon this is the place to come. They have the extra thick matresses included in the price. We have had ours for 4 years and it is still as good as it was when we bought it. My mom and dad just bought one too for their guest room. I recommend this place.

Stopped by here a few months ago to replace a futon mattress that was destroyed when a pipe burst in our house. The mattresses are made by the owner and is worth the cost. His costs are in line with other places, e.g. Ikea and chain mattress stores; however, the quality is much better and the mattress covers are extremely well made. The owner is a US Marine Veteran. He is an honest, down-​to-​earth guy and is well-​deserving of our business. He will treat you right, and you will be happy with the product.
