Yesterday {Sunday} afternoon I checked Unilocal for a garage door repair. I liked what I saw for Garage Door Solutions, LLC, so I sent them an email explaining my problem. Since it was Sunday, I didn’t expect a response until Monday. Within a half hour of sending the email, I received a phone call from Weston. He said he could check my problem Monday noonish; he came by about 12:30, determined the problem; it required a part that he needed to go get; he managed to get the part, get back here and install it. I was up and running by 4 pm. I couldn’t be happier or more satisfied with the repair. I highly recommend Weston and Garage Door Solutions! Dick S.

Weston embodied personal service. As a small business owner he really takes the time to explain what he does, but more importantly WHY he does certain things. Anyone can sell a $ 600 opener with all the bells and whistles. He asked me what I wanted and I told him, then he made his pitch and I bit. When I called back and asked about upgraded products on the manufacturer website he explained the differences and we both agreed the features were not enough to warrant the price difference. He did explain how the manufacturer worked and how upgrade parts are available almost anywhere and relatively inexpensive too. He also did allow me to purchase any item I wanted from any supplier and he would install it at a flat rate. I told him no thanks, he can purchase and install the product he stands behind.
He showed up on time the next day and within 1.5 hours or less I had a quiet opener and no more wasted time hoping the door would shut behind me. He performed some routine checks and said all other components were in order. No upsell!!! 5 minutes after he left, I had my vehicle Homelink button programmed. My neighbor was really happy too.

What a great group. they are always available at short notice! I have had a great experience with these guys!

E-​mailed off online ad. My e-​mail was returned promptly with a price for a repair. Weston called 30 minutes prior and showed up on time. He had all the tools and parts on hand. Repair was done for price quoted. Door opener was adjusted, up and working in 30 minutes. 5 Stars all the way.
