Pros: I like Dr. Steen a lot. The office staff is very nice as well. Equipment and techniques are up-​to-​date (e.g., my old dentist still takes film X-​rays). Office is clean and modern.
Cons: I am turned off by the constant sales pressure (e.g., replacing all my amalgam fillings, deep cleaning not covered by insurance, and other services not necessarily needed). My old dentist was a «wait and see» kinda guy. I’m a child of the 1960s with lots of fillings and trying to make my teeth perfect is messing with the devil. A crown I had over a month ago is still extremely sensitive.

The staff is so friendly and professional, and there all do great work. I have been going to this dentist for about 20 years. Many of the same staff is there, so he must be good to work for. There is always new technology. The dental staff stays up with the latest and best ways to help keep my smile shine.
