Dr Ginger Price is amazing! All of her dental hygienists are professional, knowledgable, and personable. Dr Ginger Price will follow up with you after every appointment and do her own inspection. She has several rooms for her to do her own procedures too if you need something a little more invasive than cavity drilling. Also (not that this is related to dentistry) her complex is BEAUTIFUL. I’ve been coming here for 14 years since I was 9.

Great service!!! Clean office, everyone is nice and professional, never have to wait long for your appointment. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dentist.

Okay follow up since beginning Invisalign a few months ago, I’m now over half way through the process. I have been into the the office multiple times for new aligners and cleanings and still have nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff and the entire process. Invisalign process has worked better than I anticipated and I have had 2 propel procedures with great results! On my last visit I was informed at my next appointment in febuary it will be determined if the process will end 3 weeks later or 6 so I was petty excited to learn I MAY be done 3 weeks early but even if I’m not the process has been painless and worth every penny. I no longer have ANY fear of going to the dentist absolutely no anxiety and hope that anyone else out there anxious, fearful or with bad previous experiences will consider going here. I’m a patient for life and will never go elsewhere for dental care.

I just wrapped up my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Price, and I couldn’t be happier. I was able to cut my treatment time in half thanks to Propel, a procedure I had three times throughout my treatment. It’s not the most pleasant experience (take the rest of the day off work after), but it was totally worth it. The technology and expertise were top-​notch, and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Thanks to Dr. Price, Jennie and the rest of the staff for such a great experience!

I have had a horrible experience here. Let me start off by saying that it took me 5 years to save up a few thousand dollars that I spent on a Groupon for an invisalign treatment here. I went through about a year of invisalign… After that, one of my bottom teeth was still rotated and I had to go through a refinement and do another year of treatment (I wouldn’t have minded much, but I had to wear attachments with my treatment and I didn’t think they were very appealing). I had paid a lot of money and spent a lot of time working on getting my teeth straight and I wanted them perfect. At the end of the second treatment I still have a tiny gap near the bottom tooth, but everything else looks pretty straight. I walked out being averagely satisfied. But this isn’t the worst part yet…
I had been going to another dentist for my cleanings. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and let them do my semi-​annual cleaning. I had asked them if my dental insurance covered my cleaning before I walked back… and was assured that it did. So, I walked back and they cleaned my teeth. I then checked out and asked again if I had owed them anything, to which they responded no. About a month later I get a bill in the mail saying that I owed them $ 100 for the cleaning. I was extremely upset. It doesn’t seem like much, but it is when you are still going to college. I called them to discuss my concern and the front office lady quickly rushed me off the phone and said that I was «out of network» so my insurance didn’t cover all of the cost and there was nothing she could do. That would have been nice to know before getting my teeth cleaned, especially when it is covered at 100% at my other dentist. I felt cheated and like I wanted to get this taken care of, so I took off work and went into their office in person to talk to them. I explained how upset I was and the office lady rushed me to a back room to finish discussing. She did end up refunding my $ 100, but then had the nerve to say that «That’s not how I should handle things in the future»…” And that «it’s my responsibility to know my insurance coverage»…I agree that it is my responsibility to know my coverage… but I work in healthcare… and it is also the facility’s responsibility to give the patient accurate information regarding their service charges. After all of this, I was extremely dissatisfied with their customer service. I did not want to continue going here after going through all of this. However, unfortunately I had not gotten a retainer after my invisalign treatment yet. I had planned on saving up another $ 450 to do so before going through this nightmare. So instead of spending my money there, I decided to go to another orthodontist to have a retainer made. This is the icing on the cake…
During my consultation with another orthodontist to get a retainer made, he looked at my bite and my teeth and said that he would not make me a retainer because I still needed about another year of invisalign treatment… and that my back teeth were not touching when I bite… which is true. At this point I just wanted to cry. I had spent thousands of dollars and over 2 years trying to make my teeth nice and I got ripped off because it wasn’t done thoroughly. I have a few appointments with other orthodontists and am praying that one is willing to make me a retainer. I do not have thousands of dollars laying around to go through another invisalign treatment, and I just want my teeth to at least stay where they are for now… until I can one day save up again and have them done correctly.
Through all of this negativity, I will say that Dr. Ginger Price was nice and worked with me when I needed a filing on my front tooth. She was willing to match the price of my other dentist office at $ 28…when they initially wanted around $ 350… But after everything I went through here I am extremely unhappy and would advise others not to go here.

Just finished my 8 month Invisalign treatment and I am so happy with the results. Dr. Price and her excellent staff were nothing but enthusiastic, supportive, articulate and professional the entire time.
If i didn’t already have a primary dentist that I loved (and closer to me in Old Town) I would definitely switch my regular dental care to her office.
When it came time for cosmetic treatment I researched the best and highest reviewed Invisalign providers in AZ. Ginger Price came out on top. And now I know first hand why she has received these high reviews!

I have not only experienced defective and faulty dental services from Dr. Price, but as a patient I was met with nasty and rude customer service from her staff and therefore this Unilocal review is warranted.
Around 2010 I started seeing Dr. Price. I was told almost instantly that I needed a crown replacement. I went ahead with it, but afterwards the tooth she replaced was in pain and it felt as if the crown didn’t fit properly. Dr. Price replaced the new crown and it solved the problem; I was happy with this outcome. A few years later I was told that another tooth needed a crown. The same thing happened, the tooth felt like it was not fitting properly, I was in pain and could not chew normally on the tooth. I expressed my concern and told the hygienist that I thought it was a similar situation as to what happened before. This time, without looking at it first or even trying to adjust it, I was referred to go see a specialist (of her choosing) to discuss a root canal. I had no previous problems with this tooth and again had experienced this once before with a similar procedure she had performed. I expressed my displeasure with this solution. There was no root canal needed. In the meantime, I was on vacation in NYC and the crown fell completely off; it was only one year old. I had to take an entire day of my vacation to get the tooth re-​cemented. Not to mention the whole day before I was in pain due to tooth sensitivity. Once I returned home I had another dentist xray and examine the tooth. It was determined that the fit was not ideal and that it was leaking, thus causing a bad taste in my mouth as well as the sensitivity. Because it has been under 5 years since this crown has been placed, my insurance company will not pay for a replacement. I have written three formal letters to Dr. Price since September of 2014 requesting a refund on this tooth so that I may have it replaced. I have received not so much as a phone call from them. When I called last week I was told by the receptionist that this more or less was my fault and should I take formal action against them, «not to worry, they have good records». That sounds like a threat to me. All I want is a new tooth so that I can eat without being in pain for the first time in three years. However, I am not comfortable seeing this dentist anymore.

Wow is all I can say. I bought an affordable Groupon for a Invisalign treatment. When I first walked into the office over a year ago now, I was impressed right away. I had been to consultations and those doctors (who spoke very highly of themselves) didn’t have the latest technology. They wanted to do molds to get the trays. This office (which is like a day spa) has access to scanning technology which goes straight to Invisalign. I got my trays within 3 weeks. They made sure I was comfortable when I picked them up and even were able to show me 3D images would showed the advancement of my treatment. This turned out to be very helpful as there was a period of time that my teeth looked horrible. I was able to plan meetings around it (and of course it didn’t look as horrible as I thought) but it was worth it and got me to were I am today.
My smile is beautiful. For the first time in my life I love to smile-​and people seem to really enjoy being smiled at! When I came into my appointment today I was very please with my smile (my buttons were already removed but I hadn’t been able to see the dentist due to some travel on my end). When I walked out today I was so happy I was in tears. Dr. Price did extra fixes and adjustments that made such a difference. She didn’t have to. She could have charged me. But she just cared about her work. She wanted to be proud of the service she provided. Even the staff upon leaving greeted me a congratulated me and we had a little celebration in the lobby. I felt that they really enjoy what they do. I’ve never seen such happiness as a dentist office. Even the front desk staff are fantastic. I wouldn’t call them receptionist because they aren’t. They are very educated and fantastic caring people.
When you do Invisalign, or if you get cavities often, you have to get your teeth cleaned every 3 months-it’s the only extra money you need to really be aware of (that and the need for a retainer down the road after your last tray gets to old). This is a must and anyone treating your invisalign will tell you this. They do affordable cleanings there. My insurance covered my other cleanings.
I was also able to do the propel treatment-​it speeds up the invasalign process by letting you change your tray every week instead of every 2 weeks. There is a cost for this but it was worth it to me. It’s not required but my treatment was very long.
Dr. Price and her staff are amazing. I’ve never been to a dentist who cares so much about her work and wants you as happy as possible. I knew, since the day I went into my consult that I was going to be writing a five star review. I’ve just been waiting for my final appointment that I had this morning so I could write this. And I am glad I did. Even today they still amazed me.

Absolutely amazing cosmetic dentist. I did my invisalign through here and had a wonderful experience. They really collaborate to help you get the look you want, and don’t stop short of perfection. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for any cosmetic work (and I’m finicky about teeth)! Two thumbs up! I was interested in getting Invisalign and my search lead me to Dr Price via Groupon. They made the Invisalign process easy and with the Groupon very affordable. I am finally on my way to the perfect smile that I have always wanted. I also started to get me cleanings done here as well. I currently do not have dental insurance so I have to pay out of pocket, but the cleaning was super affordable. All the ladies in the office are super nice and very knowledgable. I am very happy that I chose to come to Dr Price for my cosmetic and dental needs. I am currently at the half way point of my Invisalign process and I cannot wait to see the final outcome.

I’ve been going to Dr. Price for at least 5 years and you couldn’t pay me enough money to go anywhere else. With fabulous staff (admin and tech) AND state of the art equipment Dr. Price offers the best dental experience possible. I LOVE my «bing» teeth! They are so pretty, white and perfect that when I smile you can almost hear a musical «BING!» Dr. Price has the eyes of an artist and the hands of a sculptor!

I searched online for a cosmetic dentist prior to my son’s wedding in December of 2012. I just wanted to have composite redone on one of my front teeth. I should say that the office is lovely, the staff is very gracious and the hygienist is great. I think Dr. Price is perhaps a great dentist but my personal experience was an absolute nightmare — and I’m still living it. .
During my initial visit I was told that veneers on my two front teeth would look wonderful. The first flag was the expense — $ 1585 per veneer. Keep in mind that this was Christmas time and before my son’s wedding. They made it sound so wonderful and easy that I decided to go for it (despite the hefty expense).
Keep in mind that having your teeth shaved is not fun, but the resulting temporaries looked very good. I was happy. The following month is when the veneers were applied — then the nightmare began. The first set of veneers were applied in January of 2013 and were not bad, but I couldn’t floss between the teeth and they were a bit long. When this was corrected a portion of one of the teeth fell out so the veneers had to be redone.
So I had to again have temporaries applied. Well, they fell out three times while I waiting weeks for the new veneers to come in. One time they fell out on a Saturday so I was toothless and couldn’t leave the house until Monday morning. Another time it was on a Thursday night when I was leaving on a airplane the next day. Luckily, Dr Grant was available to glue it back in.
During this time the office double billed my debit card — $ 900 and it took several days to correct. Then the new veneers came in and they were still too long. And the shape never came out the same as the temporaries and the veneers are opaque unlike natural teeth so now my teeth don’t match. Then, during this time, I needed a root canal and a crown and the office billed the full amount to my insurance (and I still don’t have the crown) and I had to pay the other doctor for my root canal out of pocket because my insurance had been used up for the year.
I’ve always had nice teeth — and have always been known for my smile — and now I don’t want to smile. Three other dentists have told me that I will need to have a minimum of 6 new (but probably 10) veneers to make my teeth blend and they all agree the teeth are bulky and opaque. My front teeth also protrude now — almost like I need braces and my front teeth are long and hang over my lowers (which wasn’t the case before). By the way, if you met me today they probably don’t look that bad but I know the difference and in pictures you can definitely see the difference.
I met with Dr. Price to get my money back for the two veneers (I had also had spent 2k on other work which was done well) and she said that she had told me I would need to have more veneers from the start but that is not the case. I would NEVER have agreed to get the two front veneers done if I knew this — this would cost 10K or more! Now I am looking to going through the pain and expense of getting a full set of veneers PLUS pay to have the two front ones redone. I don’t have the money or the time.
In a lot of ways I really like Dr. Grant — she is a great lady — but this is too much. As for the expense, I don’t mind paying more for quality but I certainly didn’t get what I paid for and now I will have to pay much more to get it fixed. I hope this doesn’t happen to ANYONE else. It was the worst dental experience I’ve ever had and unfortunately it’s not over yet.

I must say that this is the best dentist office that I have ever been to. I purchased a Groupon for Invisiline at almost half of what other offices were charging. When you walk into the office it is nicely decorated and the staff is friendly. They also have coffee and water in the waiting area and a toothbrush with toothpaste just in case you forgot to brush your teeth before you came in. Definitely recommend!

I couldn’t decide between 3 stars or 4 stars, so I will give the office the benefit of the doubt. They deserve that for being so friendly.
First, let me say that from a performance metric perspective, I have no reason not to believe that this office performs at 5 stars.
However, from a cost perspective, I would rank this office a 1 or 2 star, because this office is definitely in the upper echelon of dental prices. Fortunately or not, I have had to move a lot, and that has required visiting a lot of dentists, so I have a good idea of what needs to be done and how dentists work. So when I saw Dr. Price in Phoenix Best Dentists (or whatever it was that I Googled), I figured I would have more of the same. However, that wasn’t the case.
Let me just say that all the amenities you will see attribute to the cost you pay. First, the office is like a day spa from top to bottom. Second, it would appear that every conceivable dental technology exists there. That can be to you detriment as well, given that I had to pay roughly $ 50 extra, per quadrant, for laser deep cleaning (when all I asked for was a regular cleaning to save money). Btw, laser deep cleaning isn’t as fancy as it sounds; it’s simply an infrared light that is underneath your gum line. I wasn’t aware I needed such a procedure until I visited them, had no symptoms suggesting such prior to my visit, but I trust them.
Finally, I don’t believe they have a comfortable handle on insurance policies. I have requested preauthorizations for nearly all of my procedures, but when I follow up, they provide me with some excuse as to why they don’t have it. My last dentist’s office could tell me EXACTLY what I would be paying before I showed up for my next appointment. With Dr. Price’s office, it’s always a guessing game.
If I were to have a padded wallet, I would recommend this office, hands down. Like I said, they’re professional and capable, as well as friendly, and they have all the latest technology. Just don’t go in there thinking that insurance will help you out here a lot here, because their costs are high.

I have been going to Dr price for about 3 years now and they have been wonderful. The front desk ladies see very efficient and nice. Every time I go in they always get me by my name and remind me about the beverages in the reception area. I have always been seen very promptly and her staff is amazing! Dr. Price is super friendly and very good. My regular check ups have always gone smoothly and if I when I have needed anything else it has always been taken care of quickly and professionally. I love my dentist. I don’t dread going to see her or her staff. It has always been a good experience.

I found Ginger’s practice on my Delta Dental insurance page; I saw she does ‘cosmetic dentistry’, so I was intrigued right away. My great experience began with my first phone call to book my appointment. I explained I needed to get in quite soon and the receptionist moved things around, did some magic and got me in the next day! In the movies I always see really sweet looking dentist offices and wonder why I can never find them in real life… well, I finally found it! The environment is very modern and spa-​like, it is just amazing. I was greeted promptly and did not have much of a wait before I went in for my pictures and x-​rays. My appointment was just supposed to be a consultation, but when I was finished they said they could fit me in the same day for my cleaning, so I jumped on that! The cleaning was great, the hygienist was very thorough without being painful. I just put on some headphones, shut my eyes and nearly dozed off through it. Later in the week I came back for a deep cleaning and I had the same experience. I cannot say enough good things about Ginger and her staff. I will be a patient here for a very long time!
