While hair accessories are admittedly not my area of expertise, I can relay the joy in the eyes of the four and five year old girls who visited Glitter with me.
While these accessories may not be ready for fashion week, they are inexpensive ($ 1) and fashionable enough for any grade-​school girl and for some adult situations.
Glitter is essentially a specialized dollar store located in a shopping mall and it delivers on a five star level. If you view it as an adult fashion accessory destination; well, perhaps, it deserves at best two stars. The staff is very friendly, however, so we’ll award four stars and call it a hair day, good or bad.
