This store in the outlet I will never step foot into again. I walk in this morning found a pair of pants to buy and when I went to pay CASH, the guy said, Oh we don’t take CASH! I SAID COME AGAIN??? He said yeah we don’t take cash. I had to laugh and say I guess then you don’t get a sale… He really was serious. He said thats how they keep the prices so low. It made no sense what he said. I turned around and said its too bad when you will not except cash as payment. I guess he thought I would whip out a credit card or debit card. WRONG!!! I went into Coach and told them and They all dropped their jaws. Needless to say I bought two purses there. They took my cash!!! Beware!!!

The store owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed speaking with her. The prices were great too! While I didn’t purchase anything on this trip, the service is so good that I will come back the next time I need a new down vest.

Golite make an amazing product for a great price. This store in Anthem has a good selection, is very clean, and has incredibly friendly and knowledgable staff. Jennifer (Store manager) spent much time getting me exactly what I needed. It just goes to show that great customer service is what sells in retail. The only other thing I would say is that Golite has been know to make few products well, so the options are not endless like they are at REI or Cabela’s. This, I think, is a great business model and one that should be follow more often.
