Be prepared to spend 2 – 4 hours — even for a check up. My experience is that you will wait at least an hour before you make it to where the assistants are.
Considering most of the issues they deal with involve older people I assume the staff does not place any value for the patient’s time. I have visited this office multiple times so this is not a one time issue.
I’m not sure why they CHOOSE to manage in this way. It would be so nice if each of the staff (including the Dr’s) went through one of their own office visits to see what it’s like to be on the other end. All that said, I seem to be getting good care.
