Green Tree Hotel

The suites were quite roomy and breakfast was just right for my family. Unfortunately, there weren’t enough towels in the room or toilet paper. When I went down the hall to ask the housekeepers for extra, they were nowhere to be found even though their carts were there. After a 4 trips, I ended up helping myself. Just seemed like they were understaffed. The first evening we needed a sheet and blanket for the pullout bed and the person at the front desk said she was the only person and that she would check and run them up to us if she found any. Very strange that on a Saturday evening at 8pm that she was by herself with no help.

This hotel service was extremely poor. Checked in needing to get to bed early for an early flight the next day, only to realize around bedtime that our sheets (along with the rest of the room) had not been cleaned from the last guests. The staff refused to give us another room and only supplied us with extra sheets, and none of them were kind about the matter, only acted like we were an annoyance. Do not go to this hotel.
