Halo Plumbing and Rooter Service

I had an awful experience with this company. Matt who is apparently their decision maker seemed reluctant to do the job but scheduled it anyway. He showed up late, collected his service fee and then proceeded to tell my wife that the access door was too small for him to get a realistic idea of what the job would entail. He told her that he would need to bring a smaller person out in order to effectively diagnose the problem. That was a week ago and after repeated phone calls, messages and requests for return calls without a response I am convinced that they/​he do not intend to return. If you are looking for a reputable company that makes commitments and then fulfills them, stay away from Halo.

I’ve used Halo several times. It’s terrible to need a plumber at the last minute but Halo is always fantastic. The service is speedy, the prices are fair and they are very professional. Highly recommended!

After a complete nightmare dealing the with the sub-​contractor plumbing company for Lowe’s, I called Halo on a Saturday morning to install a new water heater. I figured there would be a snowball’s chance of having it done that day. WRONG! Matt understood how difficult it is to be without hot water, and promised he would get someone to my house that same day. When the tech arrived, Aaron, he was very professional and personable. He had us up and running in less than 2-​hours ON A SATURDAY. I couldn’t be happier with this company and their customer service.
