Would definitely recommend. Super fast service call. Did exactly what was needed without any issues. They request photos, make estimates, and send photos of their work. Made the process very clear for both sides. Will use again in the future.

I own a full service residential repair company, and my reputation is everything to me. I won’t mention the name here as it isn’t appropriate. Handyman Xtreme is literally my competitor. We consistently book about 1 – 2 months out, and obviously people need help faster than that. I found handyman Xtreme on Unilocal,reached out to Kurt, and told him that I’d like to send him my overflow business in order to make sure my customers are taken care of faster, and that they’re in good hands. I don’t get paid any referral money, I just want them to be taken care of. I am EXTREMELY cautious about who I tie my name to, as we currently/​consistently come up in the top 3 on Unilocal in our zip codes/​service area when you search for any of the trades that we perform repairs in. I feel confident giving referrals to Kurt and Handyman Xtreme, and that says a lot. It is no surprise, our industry is full of talkers and stereotypes. Talk is cheap. People like Kurt and myself deliver, and we pay attention to a lot of little details that many people don’t even know about. You can always find cheaper, but as the old saying goes, you *WILL* «get what you pay for». Thank you Kurt for making sure our clients are taken care of, we *appreciate and notice* (even in your Unilocal photos) all of the little things you do that many people probably don’t even notice.

My service man was excellent and they were able tog et the job done next day. Very pleased!

Handyman Xtreme was willing to work with my tight schedule. They fit me into their already packed day on short notice. They helped us with some ceiling fan issues. They installed 2 ceiling fans and repaired another. One of the ceiling fans didn’t come with blades and they kindly set it up without the blade component to make sure that I didn’t accidentally turn it on and damage the unit. I will be calling them to return to help when the blades come in and I will have them help with any future projects. Thanks!!!

Had water damage to ceiling and two bathroom faucets installed. Brian was great. Showed up on time, excellent drywall and faucet installs! And he cleaned everything up when he was done.

Called them for help with an office space in my house, talked to Curt on the phone and he was very helpful in trying to get me what I needed to get done. Brian was the technician that arrived on day of the project and he was incredible, courteous, informative, and very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone that ask or is looking for a handyman company to help them with work they may need help with at their home.

I had a ceiling fan that I unsuccessfully tried to install myself in the master bedroom of my home. Found Handyman Xtreme here on Unilocal and made a request through their website. I got a response and after answering a few questions got a quote for the job. Their technician came and discovered the reason I’d had difficulty doing the work myself: shotty work done by the contractors who’d renovated the house before I’d moved in. He had to get up in the attic (during a nice 100+ degree Phoenix summer day) to reinforce the mounting hardware. Now my ceiling fan is keeping my bedroom cool and I don’t have to worry about it crashing down on me in the middle of the night.

I have a rental property in the Phoenix area, but I live out of state. Sometimes this can be challenging taking care of any issues that come up. I LOVE Handyman Xtreme’s process… they take pictures of the work — before and after and have everything available on a client portal. Prices are very reasonable, work is top notch and they communicate extremely well. I definitely recommend Kurt and his team.
