We cannot say enough good things about Harvest Design. Todd and his team created a plan for our front and backyard that perfectly captured the style of our home and neighborhood — and turned a yard that was uninspiring into a place where we want to spend all of our time. Todd is always willing to listen to our ideas and questions — and provide honest feedback. He also went the extra mile to work with Modfire to get us the fire pit we wanted. And for someone who recently worked with a contractor that was awful with communication, Todd’s responsiveness and proactive communication has been very much appreciated! Finally, Todd and his team worked extra hard to meet a deadline so that we could have a party in the backyard and show off his great design. We can’t wait to see how the rest of the yard turns out!

I contacted Todd at Harvest Design Group initially only to get a bid on a house we were purchasing in Phoenix, and even with a very short time frame he managed to help me. He is so kind and helpful, i spoke to him personally on the phone, never a receptionist or a machine. He knows what hes talking about and hes not out to steal all your money. I HIGHLY recommend using Todd. He well transform your backyard into a paradise!!!

I was really looking forward to meeting with this firm because their designs and reviews were spectacular. Unfortunately they never even called me to schedule an appointment. I tried for weeks to get them to come out and give me an estimate for a bid but Todd stopped emailing me 3 weeks ago and seems to have forgotten that I was a prospective client with a whole backyard redo pending. This does not inspire confidence for being able to reach them once your project is underway. It’s a real shame because their designs on their website are stunning. Oh well.

When I bought my house in 2010 I knew I needed to get something done with all the yard space, it was a disaster. Malfunctioning sprinkler system, nasty grass and overgrown rosebushes in the front. I contacted Todd at Harvest design and he converted my front yard into a masterpiece. He designed a great concept for the space and went over all the steps in the process in detail with me so I was always informed of what his team would be doing, when they would be doing it and how much it was going to cost. He worked within my budget to demo the yard, add hardscape and plants and created a nice patio/​sitting area with a half wall in the front. They also installed a new irrigation system that actually works! They finished everything quickly and did most of the work while I was out of town over a weekend, when I got home I barely recognized the place! I got a string of compliments from my neighbors and requests for the Harvest Design Group contact info. Todd has also been great with follow up, any time I’ve had questions or any small fix/​change to the work that the did (now a year and a half ago) he’s been quick to respond. They did such a great job I’m having them landscape my back yard this spring, and I can’t wait to see the finished product!

I initially contacted Harvest Design Group and Todd directly after a large construction firm totally botched a patch and resurface of a deck on my investment condo. To call their work incompetent is too generous. The large firm made a mess of the surface, laying out roofing felt and tar and making a disaster of the whole project.
At first I was concerned that my needs were too small of a project for Harvest Design, but after speaking with Todd he assured me he could help. Not only did his group remove the disaster that was the large firm’s work he totally sealed and resurfaced the deck with appropriate matching color. It looks better than it did new. Todd’s attention to detail on a project even as small as this speaks volumes to his firm’s work ethic and perfection. HIGHLY recommended although at first I was thinking of not writing a review to keep this tradesman all to myself. If you need any sort of work I recommend contacting Harvest Design Group… if they don’t specialize in your area they’ll give a good recommendation of who does.
Hire this firm only if you want reasonably priced great work. Otherwise go spend your dough on some Wal-​Mart of construction companies and endure the pain.
