We are sharing our group rate to the Hilton Phoenix Airport for Feb-​26^th and 27^th! (We got more rooms than we needed.) The group rate is$ 129 (tax included)/night. I’m a hHonors member and try to stay at Hilton properties when possible. This was a very nice Hilton property. Cleanliness is extremely important to me and this one passes muster. I am one of those people who normally throw the duvet off immediately but the level of overall cleanliness at this property made me comfortable with using it. Spacious rooms and very comfortable. The balconies are very spacious with a couple of chairs. Upon check in, the staff member was really friendly. His customer service really shined through and made me felt like a vip. I forgot his name but he was from Maryland. He even handed me a welcome candy bar with a personalized card on it. I was impressed with this level of detail. Great stay!!! It’s an airport property but you don’t hear the planes.

We tried to change our reservation length from 8 nights to 2 and we’re told our room was not available for the change. If we booked the room for 8 nights and are still staying the beginning portion of that same reservation HOW is it possible that our room is now magically unavailable? Customer service was very unaccomodating and kept restating their position of the room being no longer available like that was changing the laws of basic logic. O K — I get that you don’t want to help me. Just let me cancel the whole thing and I’ll gladly take my money elsewhere — 15 minutes of my life I shall never get back!!!

I have to say every staff member I encountered was very friendly and always helpful. Rooms were very clean. Bed was comfortable. Complementary breakfast was great. Rooms have balconies. Sliding door that opens… yeahhh
Most hotels sliding doors or window don’t open so this was amazing to have a balcony.
Plenty parking and it’s free.
We rented a car from hertz.
And noticed in the parking area of the hotel there are stalls for Hertz rental cars. I asked front desk if they have Hertz representatives inside this hotel he said no. But if we would like to drop off the car we just park it in the designated area and leave the car keys with the front desk agent they will return the car for us. That was awesome and convenient!!!

The walls are very very thin:(
You can hear the people talk next door. I could hear their TV. I could hear them open their balcony door. I could hear them flush toilet & take a shower.
Very disappointing!
Since I am a light sleeper this really bothered me and I didn’t get good sleep.
I was looking forward to use the jacuzzi.

Stuck in Phoenix because of US Airways but got a room here at the Hilton!
Lovely staff. The nicest people.
Quick shuttle service between the airport and hotel.
Room was clean, spacious, quiet. No complaints from this happy guest!

Loved the hotel! The shuttle drivers were great especially Nat, Drew and Manny. Who went out of their way to make sure our group was able to get into town and check out some of the local places. Kelly at the front desk offered plenty of dining suggestions and Maria from housekeeping checked in on us poolside to make sure we had everything we needed.
Only downside was no free wifi
A few tips though if your staying here for an extended period of time…
1.)When you finally get tired of the hotel menu, make sure to make a trip to Mill street for a huge variety of restaurants and bars.
2.) Don’t be afraid to ask the shuttle drivers for a ride if you have a bigger group and they have time they’ll get you there but don’t forget to tip generously.
3.) If you use choose to grab an Über don’t forget to download the app and go to promotions for a $ 20 free ride. Huge perk is it’s only a $ 6 ride from the hotel to mill street so you’ll end up having $ 14 left. Yay!
4.) Also make sure to download and register the HiltonHonors app and collect your points towards future free hotel stays.
5.) And last but not least if you decide to grocery shop or pick up some last minute toiletries make sure to download the Fry’s app for some extra savings and make sure to pick up some sunblock for their 100 degree weather while your there;-).

Room was clean. The pool area was clean. The hot tub was not. Lots of floating debris — flowers, leaves, bird feathers. Actually pretty gross. It was a bummer because my daughter and I were doing a girls weekend complete with one night in a local hotel. I booked from Priceline name your price. We were looking forward to staying up late, talking, working out and relaxing in the hot tub. The relaxing in the hot tub part was not really possible.
The room was a bit noisy as I could hear other people opening and closing their doors as we slept.
Parking was good. Front desk staff polite and helpful.

Great food service and very friendly staff ^_​^ definitely worth every dollar. The staff there is very welcoming and will try the best they can to find a solution to any problems that might occur during your stay. i can’t believe how great the remodeling turned out the rooms are extremely clean and tidy when i arrived all i know is that this hotel is one of the best by far.

The staff is extremely friendly, everyone from the driver that picked me up at the airport, to the front desk staff and manager. The team has gone out of its way to make up for a small blunder where I was a victim of overbooking last night. The effort is very much appreciated!

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly. I often stay at Hilton hotels so I was expecting anything different than past experiences. Its a little boring there, as its mainly older people reading at the pool. Not much for fun. But that’s not the hotels fault.

A-​ok sounds a bit better than Meh but this hotel certainly did not wow me. I’ve stayed in a lot of Hilton properties over the years and this one ranks somewhere on the low end of the middle third.
Specific irritants:
— Noisy ventilation unit in the room
— Ridiculously narrow parking spaces
— Loose toilet
Normally, I would have asked for maintenance but saw no sense in calling the desk since I inquired when checking in and learned that they were at 100% occupancy. Maybe they could have fixed two of the issues but hotel maintenance likely did not have a parking space stretcher so that one falls into the «nothing they could do about it even if they wanted to» bucket.
Housekeeping did a great job of servicing my room each day and I did receive free Wi-​Fi based on my HHonors level but those were the high points of my stay here.
They had just completed a major remodel a few months before I stayed there but the price point and the experience just didn’t match.

It is understandable that this hotel currently under renovation but the place is just uncomfortable. The staff are not so friendly or accomodating to direct or assist guest of their makeshift entrances or waiting area for airport shuttles. They definitely need to put up signage of where things are. Did I mention that the doors here are noisy. When guests nextdoor shuts their door, it reverberates so loud it will wake you.
We were wokenup at 0430 by the next door guests when they checked our! And ohhh the ice machines were broken on all the floors except for the ground floor. Sadly, we were placed on the 5^th floor and my poor husband had to go to all the floors to find this out. No one at the front desk bothered to let us know this. Ohhhh thank goodness we only stayed one night here and did not pay full price.
No I will not stay here again!

This Hilton is going threw a renovation. I got to stay in a newly remodeled room. I liked how fresh and modern it was. Our stay was good but not perfect. The bed was comfortable and our room seemed clean. You have a small slim shower and you have to turn the facet counter clock wise for your water. The other thing is that it’s hard to get an outlet by your bed incase you need one for something. During our stay NONE of the vending machines had bottled water to purchase and my husband complained at the front desk and then they gave us bottles of water. Had the free breakfast the next day and it was OK. The ride back from the airport was OK. Overall I had a good stay.

Clean and quiet room. Quality coffee in the room is a nice bonus. Check in/​out is flawless. A very convenient location.
Five stars would need free WiFi.

This is a very clean and professional hotel. The location is perfect for layover at the airport. Shuttle service is fast and efficient. Front lobby is awesome the rooms are once again very clean most have balconies. I did not eat at any of the restaurants, but the guest I spoke with said the food was excellent.

I’m going to have to agree with Lauren on this one.
This place is a little beat up and completely off the beaten path of any semblance of a night life. You’ll need to jump a cab or bribe a shuttle driver to get you to Mill Street or anywhere for that matter. The service was friendly from room service, the restaurant and the front desk but the venue itself was dated. I will say that the pool area was nice and both the pool and the hot tub seemed clean. My room was fairly clean but their wall outlets were limited, the bathroom was cramped and my room and the hallways on the first floor smelled like cigarettes. My bed was pretty comfy thankfully but for some reason it seemed that people were slamming their doors throughout the night all four nights I stayed here. They did have some construction going on early morning but that’s a non-​issue. Lastly, the in hotel Rimrock restaurant left a lot to be desired so you may want to have a dining plan ready when you hit the tarmac in PHX. The only restaurant in walking distance is a Denny’s.

Only 3 ½ stars for this hilton location: I so wanted this to be a stellar review for our once much loved hilton brand, but it’s highly mixed. Typically we enjoy our stays at various hilton properties — for they have earned our appreciation and ratings through the years of corporate stays as working professionals.
Sadly this location fell short of the high standards the hilton brand has set.
We stopped of in Phoenix for a day on our way home from a Sedona retreat.
Tired and hungry, we were picked up at the airport by the shuttle driver promptly and quick deposited at the hilton airport Phoenix location.
(Good driver and prompt transport, which we both appreciated).
The reception staff were prompt and courteous, w rapid checkin and bottled water to ease our parched throats due to the outdoor 106 degree temperature.
The Hilton hotel staffs across the board have been exemplary in Arizona — but this location has a very dated, tired décor and is need of a facelift. The carpet leading to our room was faded and worn in places.
Once we arrive in our room, we learned our lovely balcony view overlooked the noisy freeway and parking lot and we could barely stand on it — though we wouldn’t want to, given the view. No help for that since this is a location at the airport, which we both understood.
There was also an odd, unpleasant smell in the room which dissipated eventually (though it was more resigning ourselves to the odor since we were just too tired to repack and move).
We left our bags and went down for a meal, only to learn the main restaurant was closed on Sunday afternoon at 5 pm and we could only eat in the loud and noisy sports grill, so we did.
Liz our server was wonderful and would do well in a 5 star restaurant w impeccable service. The food had good points as well as poor. My bacon grilled chicken wrap was excellent, the steak fries accompanying it were large and underdone while my husbands steak tacos were so– so.
We turned in early due to our exhaustion and woke incredibly early, so had room service. (Very unusual for us since we are out and about early). Rick our waiter was prompt, bringing fresh toast due to a mishap in the kitchen, and soy milk for the coffee.
Unfortunately the coffee was lukewarm (barely) and the toast, despite dressing it up w real butter and strawberry preserves, barely warm despite being brought promptly to us.
The bed was decent, but not the lovely comfort bed we expected from the Hilton brand. The temperature was off in the room despite being set at its coolest setting, it was still quite warm, almost uncomfortably so.
This is definitely a mixed review — fantastic service and mentioned staff worthy of a 5 star resort while downgraded drastically w the décor of a dated decades past. Food also a mixed bag, I don’t think we will return to this location.

Nice comfy big rooms soft pillows only thing they don’t have is a refrigerator in the room; doesn’t Have a microwave in the room, the bar downstairs is really good nice drinks excellent food try the chicken quesadilla or the steak tacos! I definitely say here once again and I would suggest to others. Nice & friendly staff

Let’s be honest: Airport hotels reek of desperation. No one stays in an airport hotel unless they have to.
However, the Hilton Phoenix airport can barely be called a Hilton.
1) It is in the middle of nowhere. I hope you like mediocre, fatty, fried food because that’s all you are going to get unless you take a cab. The two hotel restaurants have very limited menus. If you have to stay here, eat at the airport first.
2) The room is old. Furnishings look like dogs have gnawed on them for a while. The padding under the lamps is gray from dust.
3) The bathroom was clean but it had paint peeling. What Hilton do you know of has peeling paint?
4) All of that for $ 133 a night.
I was too tired to complain and honestly don’t think other rooms were any better. In my desperation for a place to sleep after my flight was cancelled, the hotel was okay. But I wouldn’t stay there again.
