Horizon Energy Systems

Our air conditioner motor went out last week. We called a couple of businesses, one came out lied to us and told us he called and the warranty we had on our 3 yr. old motor had expired. Told us it was going to be $ 2100. to have the motor replaced, but highly recommended we replace the whole «footprint» of the air conditioner, as we were sold the wrong kind. He pressured us, We told him we would call him in the morning.
We Called Brad Lindsay from Horizon Energy Systems, he made a call and told us our motor was still under warranty, and he would be there first thing in the morning to swap out the motor, and he was. He had to work extra hard because the other company had crossed wires and he had to trace down the wires to correct it. I was so impressed with Brads professional manner, and how he was able to take care of the warranty issue, and went out of his way to make sure we were up and running ASAP. I highly recommend Horizon Energy Systems. Thanks to them we are cool again, and he saved us thousands of dollars! Refreshing to have an honest and caring company… THANK YOU!!!
