Let me start by saying the school is in fact a nice safe place with a convenient coded lock with vary nice staff, however I can’t help but have a sour taste in my mouth after trying to simply un enroll my child. When we first aproched hummingbird about our need we where vary specific about what we needed(we needed care for 11 – 5) and they said that was fine however after the first day they said they have a mandatory 6 – 9 am drop off window. After calling to find out if accommodations could be maid, they tryed to say they told us about that(they had not or we would have found another daycare) So I asked to in enroll my child as this was not convenient for our needs, and I was met with what seemed like negotiation with a telemarketer. The young lady(who I will not name because this place is in fact a decent care provider just has one bad apple) just argued why it was 9 am(nap time is 10 am-2pm) and I told her I understand that but it just wasn’t what we where looking for and the 9 am was never brought up while we were paying $ 255 asking for a 11 – 5 schedule. Then she repeated herself saying that was during nap time. Again I stated that I understand that and would like to un enroll my child. And again I was met with«but that’s nap time and 9 am is the drop off» This exchange happened about 3 more times! By that point I just said im not going to argue, we will be there to sign the papers and informed her she had made me uncomfortable enough to write a review. Overall a horrible experience but I just wanted to make this situation aware
