I wouldn’t trust this company with my business — ever! After receiving a bunch of spam e-mails, they won’t respond to my request for opt-out of removal from their list, and they won’t return calls requesting someone with authority contact me to explain the spam messages. Violators of the CAN-SPAM act are always dirtbags. Nice job, David Wedell! And another thing — the spam e-mail had a phishing site listed right in the message! So now the spam message is also trying to steal your personal info. Very classy. I hope Cox and the FTC find out about your little scam…
