I just ordered a Bulova watch. It came in perfect new condition even though the disclaimer said it had marks on the bezel, etc. I think they have a standard warning about that. I got it for roughly a third of the new price! Shipping was free, it was wrapped in two boxes with bubble wrap inside both. Great buy!

Recently bought a Citizen radio controlled watch from Inventory Adjusters.(I purchased on line as I live in LA.) Since the watch I wanted retailed at $ 675 and their price was $ 252, I was very wary about purchasing from these folks, as I was thinking this was just used junk. Before I ordered anything I called them and spoke with a salesman, that was extremely helpful. He told me they had 4 watches in stock and he was holding the one they would send me if I purchased it. He said it looked brand new and he could not find anything that looked like a scratch. He also sent me to U-​tube to watch a video that described how to set the watch. The watch arrived in a few days with all the packaging. It was even set to the right time and date. I am very pleased with the quality of their product and the professionalism of the staff. I would buy again from these folks and I have recommended them to friends.

I did an internet search for a premium watch as a gift and Inventory Adjustors came up. Their sight was easy to us, but it was the personal service I received when I called that sold me. I later had a problem with my purchase (no fault of theirs) and again «Joni» gave me personalized service, referencing several watches on their site that might be a better fit. It was a Friday at 3PM, and she got the replacement watch into Fed– x and to me the next day. By Wednesday after the holiday, my cc had been credited for the first purchase, which I sent back to them the previous Friday. Fantastic!

Bought a Seiko watch from them recently. Their prices are reasonably lower than any other physical store and their collection is big too.
I’m not a big watch buff, but i think i’ll visit it again.
They give a one year warranty, not manufacturer’s warranty. i hope i don’t need to use it.
The only downside is their hours are very limited. Only Mon-​Fri 8 – 4:30 types. That makes it very difficult to visit them.

The only place in Phoenix to buy a watch from luxury to inexpensive. The staff and owner Lorin are pros in every way. I highly recommend them. I found the exact watch I was looking for and received a fair trade for my old watch. These were both luxury watches so a good deal was imperitive.

As far as I am concerned, there is no other jeweler in town that I would trust my sparkly bobbles with.
About 8 years back, I was gifted a Michele watch from IA and it was lovely. It always receives compliments, and my understanding is that the price was less than a ¹⁄₃ of retail. It works perfectly. Screaming deal! Since then, I’ve know people who have purchased dozens of high end watches for themselves from here, as well as for gifts, and they have been completely thrilled with their buys. We are talking SERIOUS watch collectors.
I own a pair of diamond and white gold earrings from here that I wear ALL THE TIME. While watches are the main draw here… this place is loaded with beautiful antique items and estate jewelry. Totally worth a spin around the glass cases… I always see stuff I want/​need. :)
Recently, I brought in some of my mothers jewelry for one of the owners Lorin, to look at. It only made sense given many of her pieces were purchased from AI. I needed some repairs, batteries, links to watches, and some magic done to resize some pieces. We carefully looked at everything and decided what should be done. I did not have extra links for a few watches, but she did. JACKPOT! Her inventory is so awesome, it wasn’t a problem to get the links. New batteries in seconds. Repairs, no problem… some done while I was there, the rest were done the next day. Everything came back sparkly and perfect. I also brought in my husbands wedding ring for a resize, and that too was done the next day. I was not expecting that at all, and was pleasantly surprised to get the call that it was ready.
If you appreciate a fine watch or unique jewelry, or are looking for a gift for someone who does, stop in here first before you go overpay somewhere else. I love, love, LOVE this place! Whether I buy online, at a trade show, or at their warehouse, I’m always left with a smile on my face! I have bought watches for my kids, family, neighbors, and friends and everyone has loved their gifts. I get all of my watches for a fraction of the retail cost. I just bought my boyfriend a Movado and he wears it everywhere and gets compliments all the time. These people always take excellent care of me, and now I’ll never shop anywhere else for watches (oh, and I’ve bought jewelry, too)!

I got fouled so hard in a pickup basketball game that my wrist watch was shattered beyond repair. I had to pick some of the roman numerals off the court floor. Well, good excuse to get myself a new time piece except I didn’t want to pay retail.
After shopping around a couple of months, I came across Inventory Adjustors (that’s the name of the business) which is actually a fine jewelry & watch clearing house or liquidators for retailers. They buy consignments of new to semi-​new display jewelry & watches and resells them below MSRP.
Besides the usual watch brands like Seiko, Citizen & Tissot, they carry a pretty good selection of other trendier brands like Tag Heuer, Movado, Baume Mercier, Gucci, Raymond Weil, Invicta, ESQ, Kenneth Cole, Coach, Swiss Army & Cartier to name a few.
The friendly knowledgeable staff told me that they’re not affiliated with any of the manufacturer’s, but they back up their sale with warranty and certificate of authenticity which means they don’t deal in fakes or knockoffs. I paid about a third for my flawless chronograph.
