It’s All Goodz

Tempe did not have in stock of what I wanted, but they called their Phoenix store and had what it in. A quick drive over and they helped me right away and made me feel very special. Great group of guys at this shop. A+ Service and knowledge of what I exactly needed for my weekend!

What a joke! Bought a «budget piece» & it cracked after the 1^st use. Went through the hassle of trying to return or exchange it & the owner said «Glass is meant to break and it might have held up better if it wasn’t a crappy piece that was likely made by an 8 year old in China!» I said, «So you admit you sell crap?» He said, «Nothing any different that any other ARAB shop you’d find in town.» Here I thought they just had decent prices. Don’t think you are getting a good deal. Like the owner said, it’s crap! If you’re going to sell crap, at least stand behind your products.
Until I showed my frustration & disappointment, there was no effort to try to find a solution to rectify the situation. It came with a «too bad so sad» attitude. After he realized I was jacked, he offered to discount another piece, but why would I spend another penny here. Too bad because I LOVE to support local businesses & encourage my community to do the same. Too many other options these days. Instead of being confrontational & defensive, there were so many other ways the owner could have handled the situation. Talk about BAD BUSINESS!

The staff is not helpful for Vape supplies at all! They didn’t even advise the correct way to fill tanks. Tried to overcharge me. Seems the only items want to pay attention to was glass smoking items and selling small baggies for other related items for sale. We don’t need this type of store in a nice family area.

This place sucks! Where do I even start? Well I guess I’ll start at waiting 10 minutes just for them to even show up to open the shop. Next we’ll talk about how the (hung over?) Punk sales kid sports attitude when I walk in the shop. (sorry I didn’t mean to bother him as the only person in the entire shop because God forbid I actually might want to buy something and ask him a question)
Then when I ask about custom glasswork get even more attitude about what I want to have custom-​made!
Went here because my go to head shop «The coughing canary» in South Scottsdsle was just too far for me to make a run to so I thought I’d go someplace a little closer. Save your energy and take your money elsewhere. This shop has no right to sport the kind of attitude the little punk a$$ sales kid sports with the crappy selection and overpriced goods they carry! Lesson learned!
I would have given this shop zero stars but Unilocal won’t let you do that!

This is my favorite smoke shop to browse, but just not my favorite to shop in. The pieces here are amazing. So artful… many of them sold for hundreds of dollars, and looked more decorative than practical. In the back appears to be a little glassblowing shop where some of the more simple pipes and such are made. I totally approve of these trinkets being crafted on-​sight.
Unfortunately, the items that DO seem practical for use are nothing out of the ordinary. Also, the hookah tobacco (shisha) selection left quite a bit to be desired. In short, it’s amazing to look at, but nothing seems worth buying unless you’re a collector.

The 1^st reviewer pretty much said it all, but here’s my personal take. My hubby & I love It’s All Goodz, our fav place to go piece shopping! We’ve bought multiple pieces over the years, which are all resting in pieces now, except our amazing bubbler from the «middle case» that we barely use in fear of it breaking like the rest eventually do. Any how, we stopped in this past Tuesday night for a new piece. It’s been over a year since we last came here because we moved out of the area & had been checking out other places near us. We’ve always had good experiences but the guy we dealt with this time was a dick! He was so rude & made us feel like we were bothering him when we asked to look at a few different ones, sorry to make you get off the computer dude! That didn’t affect my rating though, since this was the 1^st time we encountered a douche bag employee. We ended up getting a pretty sweet piece that I should have taken a pic of! We’ll be back for sure, just hope we don’t have to deal with that guy again.

WAY OVERRATED! Yes they have really nice pieces here but don’t bring yours in to get repaired! I brought them by waterpipe to repair the ground joint, and they cracked the watercan! It is also worth mentioning that it is very sloppy work. I have plenty of glass blower friends in Cali and they all tell me that it is thier fault. Glass cracking in the kiln is not something that «Just happens» but rather the result of shotty work, which leads me to believe that they don’t make the heady pieces that are in the store. BUYER BEWARE.

This shop has pipes like you’ve never seen before. Big pipes. Little pipes. Jazzy pipes. Animal-​shaped pipes. And everything in between!
If you have a «tobacco» smoker in your life, you should check this place out. The glass is hand blown and you can even watch the artists in action as they create pipes. They let you make your own pipe too, so you can personalize it however you want.
You’ll also find clothes, incense, candles, jewerly and so on here, but the pipes are the main draw.
It’s a pretty cool store! Check it out.
