After having my first child and pregnant with my second, I finally took the leap and started looking for a house cleaner; one that I could trust. After trying out two different companies, I found out rather quickly«cheap» was the only thing they were. Not only were they late, never did the work, or stole things from my house; I always felt I had to be here and watch them! I decided to look local and try JCS. I have been with JCS for about 4 years now and will not go anywhere else. I can leave my house, with my three dogs and come back, knowing the job was done, done right, and everything in place. They even let my dogs out and make sure they have water! They have also done my carpets and tile, and I was honestly shocked to see the color of the tile come back to life. It now matches the original color under my rug. LOL My suggestion is to try them, see if they work for you. I have been very happy.

Good but not great. First let me start by saying, we hired JCS cleaning services on very short notice. We pretty much planned a cross country move in a little under a month, and consequently had to throw all our eggs into one basket. This included the cleaning. With everything else going on we figured it would benefit us to focus our energies on other moving tasks, and hire someone to do the«dirty work» for us. Granted, we have lived in this house for 3 years, and have 6 pets, so it was definitely messy! I’m not talking anything gross, but you know, pet hair, dust, the usual things you’d see in any household in the desert(at least, I have). Anyhoo, the service was very professional. I really thought the ladies that came to clean were really nice(except for when I saw them taking photos of our«filth» on their phones and posting/sending them wherever). That wasn’t very cool. Also, it seems like they came in, spent 5 hours on the kitchen, made it sparkle, and then said«screw the rest» and just ran a finger over everything. The guy that cleaned our windows, grout and carpet was only here for about 2 hours, and he missed some windows, including our big sliding door! Just didn’t do it at all! Nothing in the house was dusted either. Light bulbs, door frames, walls, all still a complete mess. We are now spending our last day in AZ touching up what the cleaning service«missed». What they did do, they did very well, but they didn’t do enough, and we definitely overpaid. We ended up spending $ 530 to have our kitchen cleaned and our house swept over. I did like them, but I wish they had been more thorough. Or wish the service had been $ 200 less. Good, but I’d probably shop around for other services if you have any dirt/grime/or dust in your house.
