If I could give 10 stars I would. Ryan is amazing. His customer service is top notch and he is nothing but accomodating. All of his perfect reviews are true and then some. I had him do an appraisal on my wedding ring for insurance purposes, and he made the process easy and his price could not be beat by several other jewelers I had contacted before. I will definitely be returning to purchase in the future since his prices on his merchandise were great for the quality. Plus I need to have some repairs made on another piece. Thank you again Ryan, the experience was perfect!

I met Ryan at a morning networking group where I sometimes attend as a substitute for members that cannot attend the weekly meeting. It has been quite a few months that I have been a substitute and I always get to hear the 30 second «commercial» that the members are encouraged to present to all the other members that are present. I have heard Ryan’s 30 second dialogue many times and decided to contact him regarding a set of earrings for my wife. He has earned my trust. WOW, you don’t find people with customer service and experience like Ryan at Jewelry Replacement Source. I called Ryan to help me purchase a watch for my husband. Not only did Ryan pick up my call BEFORE the store was open, but he jumped into action. I only knew the make and model of watch that my husband has been eyeing for some time. I was referred to Ryan by a close friend of mine to buy my Wife’s Engagement Ring.
Seeing as I was on a budget & had as much of a clue about Jewelry as Vin Diesel has for acting, I was naïve and just knew I wanted something awesome for my bride to be.
I’m in sales myself & know retailers will rip you off & rob you blind, so the idea about going to the source (no pun intended) was very logical to me.

I looked up jewelry appraisals online and am so glad I found this store! Not only was the owner there at the store, but he was the one to assist and directly work with me. United States Marine here and last year I had the once in a life time experience of designing my wife’s beautiful engagement ring with Ryan at Jewelry Replacement Source. I was stationed over in Japan at the time and had a big proposal planned for when my lady came to visit in May. I had my reservations about trying to coordinate a ring design and purchase over the phone but Ryan is as professional and accommodating as they come! We worked for a couple weeks with the help of my mother-​in-​law to come up with the perfect ring and Ryan made every deadline that he promised in terms of when it would be ready. My mother-​in-​law picked up the ring from Ryan and secretly hid it in her daughter’s luggage before she hopped on the plane to come see me. When my girlfriend got to Japan I smoothly fished the ring out of her bag and hid it in my pocket. Pretty funny to this day that she traveled for nearly 24 hours with the ring and never suspected a thing. I took her by complete surprise when I proposed to her in Okinawa, Japan May 11^th 2014. She’s worn the ring every day for almost a year now and the quality of the diamond is flawless. It’s a rare day that she does not receive a compliment from a stranger on how amazing her ring is, or how envious they are of it. This of course makes me very proud. I’m incredibly thankful to Ryan for his handwork and dedication in making sure that my wife and I got exactly the ring she wanted. She tells me almost every day how much she loves it and of course that’s a great feeling, not to mention I think we spent about half the price of what a diamond like this should actually cost. I worked with Ryan on an idea in my head for a ring and he was helpful every step of the way! All communication was done via email (I live in CA) and from start to finish he was a true businessman and stand-​up guy.
