My first appointment didn’t happen because of a mix up with the insurance. The only thing that upset me about this was the attitude of the woman handling the insurance who said she’d «give me the benefit of the doubt» and call the insurance company again to verify that all I owe them is a co-pay. I got a phone call later telling me I was right(DUH) and all that was due was a $ 15 co-pay not $ 175 they wanted me to pay. I went back for my second appointment, I did not have to wait very long to be seen, which is a big thing for me. I don’t wait longer than 15 minutes past my appointment time. I’ve had much more positive experiences in a doctors office and much worse. Dr. Soscia seems to know what he’s doing but they as a whole don’t really seem to care much about their customers/patients. I had an MRI done and had to keep calling the office to get the results and was treated like I was being a huge bother because they weren’t doing their job. I never did get Dr. Soscia’s take on the MRI just the report from the MRI guys. I’ll go back, but only because the office is close to where I live and they already have my records. They really need to work on their customer service and bedside manner.
